This was my first time at Dutch Bros. I came to the one on Potranco near Steven’s Ranch. I had the pleasure of meeting GiGi who took my order. She was very knowledgeable and gave me suggestions on what’s good to try. Her other two colleagues were also very quick and just a pleasure to meet. I would recommend this location. Now I hope the owner sees this review and considers getting this location some kind of cover because Texas Heat is just too much to stand outside taking orders!

Starbucks who?! Seriously, Dutch Bros beats every other coffee chain especially because I always feel so warmly welcomed at any location. I have visited many locations in and out of state and have yet to be disappointed with the broistas AND the drink options. So good I legit purchased stock options.

We love that we have a local Dutch bros now! We visit very often and while the music is usually much too loud, the drinks are consistently good! It took us a while to explore the menu and find what we like, but now that we have our favorites we’re racking up those rewards points! Customer service has always been decent in our experience. Sometimes we purposefully choose the walk-up window when we feel less social because the drive through workers always make a good effort at conversation.Try the iced kicker extra sweet, the hot hazelnut truffle mocha with oat milk or an orangesicle soda with soft top!

First time to Dutch Bros and will be my last. They’re horribly slow and don’t carry even the basics for coffee like soy milk or heavy cream. Because of their drive thru I was stuck in line so I wasted my money on a lemonade. If you’re headed to work, don’t bother stopping, they’re turtle speed will make you late.
Staff were excellent. Drinks were prepared correctly and quick service.

I love Dutch Bros. The first time I had their coffee was in 2016 during a trip to Oregon. I told my husband then that I hope this company gets huge and spreads/sells their coffee everywhere.Here we are 7 years later, and I am now seeing them in Texas.I'm very happy that this place opened up right next to my house, and I can come here whenever I like. The coffee is incredible, and the staff is friendly.I went two days in a row, and one young lady said, "I see you're back again." I like that she recognized me. I'm sorry that I didn't get her name.Come get your coffee here, they're great.

My husband and I went and got two hot chocolates with almond milk and they literally just gave us hot almond milk!! We didn’t taste any chocolate so we opened the cups and it was completely white. No chocolate whatever. Why would you give someone two cups of hot almond milk and not even question it or think twice?! I’ve gone to this location a few times and have had an issue with my drinks and the service every time. I don’t care if I have to drive further next time, I won’t be going to this location anymore.

I come here almost everyday for my palm beach or passion fruit tea. I've never had a bad experience until today. I asked for a large but got a medium. Whatever I let it go. Since I get almost the same thing every time I know what to expect. This drink lasted me 5 sips. It was all ice cubes. I sip my drinks sparingly so this is really disappointing. I understand they are busy today but still. Staff is great though
