Dutch Bros Coffee

This Dutch bros is amazing. If you want coffee and a show, this location is the way to go. The broristas graced us with their angelic singing and it touched our hearts. The coffee also tastes amazing! It is truly nice seeing people enjoy where they work, it makes the experience 10 times better!

I recently stopped by the Dutch Bros Coffee on Alamo Ranch Parkway, and it was a delightful experience overall! The festive holiday-themed cup instantly brought a smile to my face – it’s the little details like this that make the experience extra special. I ordered a warm drink that paired perfectly with the cool weather.

The service was fast and friendly, and the vibe of the place felt welcoming, especially with their fun and colorful branding. However, I would have loved a bit more depth in the flavor of my coffee—it was good but didn’t quite reach the “wow” factor I was hoping for. That said, the variety of drink options and customizations makes it a spot I’d definitely revisit to try something new.

The location is clean, convenient, and their energy is infectious. If you’re looking for a quick pick-me-up or just want to try a fun coffee shop, this Dutch Bros is worth a visit. 4 out of 5 stars!

Very friendly Great coffee

The service was great! I just want to say that being charged for "lite" ice is crazy. If I requested NO ICE, that would make sense. The extra charge per drink was 2.40. That is quite ridiculous. We agreed since we were already in line, but not again. Just want to let everyone know. I ask for light ice since I don't want to finish my drink in 2 sips.?

I ordered four drinks on the mobile app and it took 20 minutes after the time promised on the app. They didn’t apologize but just made an excuse that they were super busy. There were two cars in the drive thru the 20 min I was there. The drinks were good at least. I truly hope they can improve their customer service otherwise I will go back to Starbucks.

Gaby and Adi were the SWEETEST!!! Amazing service and coffee! I recommend the seasonal drinks for sure and they are always very good about asking if we have the app. :)

I asked for decaf, came back around to let them know and that it has no flavor. Confirmed it was decad. She offered to remake it and charge for extra ingredients to make it flavorful but just told her to give me sugar. Turns out I got regular coffee and I get a headache, feel like my head is spinning, and body shakes with regular and I only took three sips after I left. Had to throw it away.

This location is extremely slow. On average, I stop by Dutch Bros 3 times a week. On average- I sit for close to 30 minutes stuck in the drive through at this location. It it worth the drive to go 5 miles further to one that can crank products out at a reasonable pace versus coming to this one.

This was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had at a Dutch Bros and I frequently visit the location on Bandera during the week in the mornings. Want to talk about long lines and small crew go to Bandera location. This location in Alamo Ranch had a few cars in the drive up so I parked and went to the walk up. I waited at least 15 mins for someone to take my order. Once I ordered there was no one behind me so I watched them work. I counted 5 to 6 employees walking back and forth inside the little building while only 2 were making drinks. I don’t think slow can be the work to describe them. Not only they looked lost and I bothered but they had an attitude with the clients at the drive up. I know they were making comments about customers while working. After almost 20 mins waiting and watching them be rude I asked them to cancel my drink. With an attitude I was given a receipt and then with the biggest smile and sarcasm I was wished a good day. This happened on a Sunday at 3pm. Worse than a Monday at 8am.

I've been to this location at least four times and every single time they mess up my drink. My wife and I mentioned that our drinks are wrong every time we go and they did absolutely nothing

Came to this location for the first time, and this brorista gave EXCELLENT customer service. His name was dan. He had glasses and tattoos. I couldn’t describe what i wanted but somehow he knew exactly what to order me. I will be coming back here from now on. Time to leave starbucks in the past. Their sweet and unsweet drinks are so on point. They don’t overfill with ice and even have shakes! Something star bucks could never do. Great place. Great workers. Great experience.

Was traveling for work and had one of the most amazing experiences at a Dutch that I’ve ever had the staff was super friendly and kind! One of them made me feel at home by talking with me in Spanish! I unfortunately didn’t get her name but her hair was super vibrant and cool! 10/10 experience thanks Dutch!

Been here twice and both times the baristas are having 10+ minute long conversations with the people in front of us AFTER they get their order. I get the whole nice thing but 10 minutes after the order is done is just EXCESSIVE! Please be more professional.
