I'm used to going to Dutch Bros in Tucson, Arizona which they're very chatty over there. Like you'll be waiting for your drink and they'll be talking to you through the window. The one out here in San Antonio, Texas not as friendly but you do get some people that are friendlier than others

I ordered ahead went window and lady said it wasn't in system. Showed order number she walked away. I get they was busy this is why I ordered ahead. Out side dismissed me as well had to then pull in to line. Pickup was 5:10pm. Got order at 5: 33. Busy and hot was still rude costumer service. I'm a regular here 2 to 3 times week.

I've been here several times, and when I come early morning, it takes so long would be waiting at least 10-15 minutes before someone comes out to start taking orders not worth the wait!!!

Igo to Dutch Bros a few times a month there are like 3 locations I visit and order the same thing every time. Today I was asked if I wanted nitrocold brew I had never been offered any other choices. These guys(manager and assistant manager) spoke to me about the different caffeine contents and different tastes. Made me try it before I left so I didn't leave and be disappointed! Fantastic drink suggestions and fantastic service! I wish I had cash to give a larger tip! They made my long day a little bit better!

Really needed some coffee, Dutch Bros have been the new go-to, but this location takes the cake. Cam was super cool and super great with taking our order, and truly turned my friend and I's morning around with solid hospitality. I'm mad I don't remember the crafter of our drinks, but they were incredibly good and I'm thankful for the whole crew!
