Girl working the drive thru window this morning has a nasty attitude. Accused me of lying about not receiving something, was telling me I needed to call customer service (offices are closed today, already tried that) then gave me major lip then slammed the window in my face. I spend so much money here every morning and for events I host, just to get a gross attitude and be called a liar even after I showed her my receipt. Go to any coffee place besides here. Also, my order was placed on the app, an order ahead, I waited over 15 minutes for one drink.

Don’t go to this location during a sticker drop or surprise merch day, they never stock up on enough inventory. Went for the 3 PM pin drop and they told me they were all gone by 3:45 PM. Similar situations have happened two other times.
Staff is not very friendly either, Dutch is starting to loose their customer service niche. Very disappointed in the direction that this company is going.

Had a bad night at work went to dutch was greeted with a bunch of huge smiles from staff and my drink was absolutely amazing not sure the names of the girls on duty but they deserve a huge shout-out it was October 2nd at ,,930 ish ordered a strawberry n cream water

I put 1 star because I couldn't put zero stars the girls that were there didnt know how to make extra thick and then looked at me like I was dumb or I was trying to get free drinks they re made the drinks and told me next time to ask for extra thick but I did and then the remakes were just as bad they are like sugar water I hate this location bad service I will drive farther to go to dutch bros next time

Girl at the window was super rude. She seemed irritated that she had to remake my drink, which tasted HORRIBLE. I had asked for a pup cup while I was in line, for my dog as well (tipped extra for that) and didn’t receive it. When I tried to ask for it at the window, she never acknowledged me. Didn’t even say thank you. I understand it may have been busy, but that doesn’t give you a reason to be rude. Definitely won’t be returning to this location again.
Cashier at window was practically shoving my drinks so she could get the order done with. I was actually getting change for a tip but didn't even leave one since she was in a hurry to get me out. It wasn't even that busy either smh.
