Great place. Great service. I so wish they would do away with the "it's only optional" portion of their payment process regarding the tip. I feel compelled to leave a tip on each visit. I am a big tipper - but that's reserved for restaurants whereby the waitstaff is traditionally making far less per hour and reliant on tipping to make a decent living. The Baristas here at Dutch Brothers are making far better earnings per hour than a waiter or waitress I'm quite certain. Do better DB's - please do away with the tipping feature.

This is my first visit. I pulled up around 5:25 and the line was long but usually drive thru coffee places are pretty fast. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again ! IT TOOK 28 MINUTES FOR A 7 DOLLAR DRINK ! I looked online and it said they usually were not busy as I’m in line on google. Overall I’m sad cause this is the closest location to me. I do like the coffee but I’m not willing to sacrifice Half an hour just to get some coffee

2 stars! Normally I love this place but I ordered ahead and showed up at my order pickup time and waited for a long time and it doesn't appear that anyone is in there. Should update store hours if you don't actually open at 5 am.
Update: scheduled worker just didn't arrive and called the woman who rushed over close to 6am, super sweet and quick to make our drinks

Stopped by today to get a morning caffeine infusion. The girl taking the order was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped me order the drink I was thinking of (the 9-1-1). Definitely happy with today’s visit and would go back.

Hey Dutch, this is just what I want to see when I pull up…some homeless chick changing clothes in your yard. You people really need to do something about this as it makes your place look super trashy, not to mention they like to step in front of your car and ask for money. I can’t imagine that your employees feel safe with this going on.
