Have been going to this stand since it opened and the ”broistas” do a fantastic job every time I come through. They are very friendly, have great customer service, make great recommendations for drinks, and helpful when asked questions. This is the only place I order drinks or coffee from now. Definitely recommend this stand to anyone thinking of trying out Dutch Bros.

I went with a gift card that I most recently used at this location in which they told me I had about $9 and I come back, run it for a roughly $6 drink and tip 2. They say I owe .40 ... then the girl runs my card AGAIN and then they say I have no money on the card. Asked to get info for the managers information and they tell me they have an HR department -_-

The staff are amazing. My girlfriend and I go almost every day with our two dogs. They love the pup cups. We get a sugar free golden eagle and an oat milk latte.

Always a nice stop and get a drink anytime they are open and I've come when they first open and been the last at closing every one of the Austin hwy location and Rittamen road has always been nothing but nice,and pleasant and even though I know they maybe tired or just done with their day they are do their best and make sure your always satisfied and glad you stopped by I can't remember the last time I've experienced anything like it in the service industry you need to try one of these places it's well worth it
Got overcharged for small drinks ...$14 for two small drinks...i asked the cashier why so much and she said "i only work here" and shrugged her shoulders...

They must pay for their reviews. The only good thing about this place is the graphics on their cups. Their coffee is no better than gas station coffee and doesn’t justify the price. I’m not saying you can’t charge over $3 for a cup of regular coffee, but it should be better than 7/11. I can understand why they push their coffee flavoring.
