Being my 1st time at DBC in SA, & my 1st time ordering there (thru drive-thru) @ that, my encounter wad very unpleasant...Jolly took my order, was extremely ride, instead of saying, "Gm, how can I help you?!" She didn't reply at all...so I took charge, I "informed her of what her customer wanted." She made an accusatory remark saying, "Is that what is on your phone?" As if, I just randomly made up a drink...so I showed HER! As I was just about to get my credit card out, she gets to tapping very loudly, as if, this whole situation was in inconvenience for IMPATIENT self! I asked for the receipt, & she says, "They'll give it to you at the window, rolled her eyes, and walked off!" No, thank you, have a great day, etc... ((nothing)) ** Note: the ONLY reason I give it a 2 star, is because the drink came out great, and the ladies at the window were very nice! But Joley, needs to find another job or be taken off drive-thru!**

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!! Every time we come we have to add 30 to 45 minutes to our day just to be able to get coffee from here. They ALWAYS take a long time to make coffee orders, and it throws our day over. Unfortunately this is the closest Dutch in the area, and I think someone from upper management really needs to have this location looked at. READ the countless real-customers reviews, not bought ones.Horrible wait time.

Experience was horrible, person who was taking order skipped after I had got to the location before the car beside me. I then went to order at the window. Which was fine until I noticed they were wasting my time on purpose as 7 vehicles had got there order before me that came after me. 2 or 3 is understandable but at that watching them make the order they were clearly trying to waste my time. Overall understandable if I had arrived after the car. I myself would have let the person taking the order know someone got there before as I'd done before. I have this place at least 3 times a week and will not be returning.

Poor service, decided to get off since thet was a line at the drive thru ,placed my order,then more cars came thru the drive thru and left and I'm still waiting for drinks and the employee came to ask me what did I order after I been waiting for like 30minutes that is very poor service. I couldn't believe all the drive thru customers wer gone and I was still waiting to top it off they forgot about me .

1 hour to get a coffee. That is completely ridiculous. You come to get a coffee or drink at 5:45 in the morning and they take an hour(6:47) to finally get to you. There was only seven people in line. They should either have more workers working or be fast on making coffee or maybe just do online ordering. This one of two stores near my work. But it is also the only one that is also close to my mom's work. While the coffee is okay it's not worth the time you have to put in waiting for them to move.

My girlfriend always gets the iced caramelizer and i got hooked on the iced golden eagle, the employees are sweet, they gave good suggestions and im very appreciative!Parking: right out front, and there’s about 10 parking spots and a drive thru
