I’m not sure what’s the issue with the store or how they run it. I travel a lot and my main place to go is Dutch bros I always order my drinks with light ice and never had an issue with the people filling my drinks because at the end of the day I’m paying for the drink not ICE CUBES just for me to be given a drink that’s a 1/4 empty just because I asked for light ice.

Went to this location around 1020 at night and the service was great. I will say that some of the customers these employees have to deal with are abhorrent. At first I thought the car in front of me knew the employee working but they didnt. The group of boys in the car berating the worker was completely uncalled for. If management knows who was working on 12/1/2025 around 10pm. They should consider giving them a raise or a bonus for maintaining professionalism during that ordeal. I can tell that had that been me, I probably wouldn't have been as patient.

Slightly disappointed in this Dutch Bros location. I’ve gone a handful of times and have always enjoyed my experience with the great customer service and good quality drinks. Last night my husband went on a late night coffee run and got in the drive thru line at 10:53pm which we knew was close to closing. After pulling to the window two cars later (around 11:04), a young caucasian female with a brown bandana kindly told my husband it was past closing and would not be able to make any more drinks. He understood as we knew we were cutting it close and gave no hesitation to pull out of the line and start to head home. That was until the same young lady started taking the order of the car behind my husband after stating they were closed. I’m going to hope this was not an act of racial profiling/sexism as I have always loved Dutch bros and have never experienced anything like this. We are going to be taking a break from this franchise but hope it is being taught to give the same treatment to all customers.

Eva was incredibly helpful in helping me choose what drink to get. She is very kind and funny too as all the rest of the workers there. Coffee was really good too.

Love these places. Tried a rebel with the blueberry boba. I was hugely sad that almost all the boba falls under the ice, making it not fun to try and fish out.
Threw most of it away. But otherwise great!

The drinks are great if they can get them right. Came here with friends, then a sweet treat for myself, and then just morning rush all in a two-week span and all 3 times drink orders were all wrong. I write down the order at this point and even show it to them to confirm and it’s still either too bitter, missing ingredients I pay for, or too sweet for other orders.
Consistancy is key for a chain. Which is what y’all are. Each time I’ve gone back for them to remake it it’s met with rudeness by some young kid. But y’all quick about tip options though huh? This location was good about a year ago. Idk what’s going on. Good think there are other locations I can go to that hopefully have better consistancy.

The baristas are always happy and friendly. Great caffeine charge when charging my car.
This Dutch Bros always has great service when I come with my family or friends . I tried their Valentine’s Day Drink chocolate covered strawberry mocha ( espresso , strawberry & chocolate milk w/ soft top and sprinkles ) personally it was just right not that sweet . My go to order is either a seasonal drink or the Annihalator !

Just had the best experience at this location while visiting my gf! Got cut off in line and the other vehicle thought they were slick and going to get away with it! My barista got me in first and I had to jist laugh at the other car!!! Too funny! Lol
The staff was bubbly and happy to be working. Eho ever is running this place is doing there job and with pride to give not jist the customers the best experience!! Thank yall!!
