Literally the worse Dutch bros to come to! This is the only one close to 1604 and blanco. The wait time is ridiculous when other Dutch bros have my drink out within 2 minutes WITH long lines.

I love Dutch bros go pretty often but at this store for some reason anytime I use the order ahead my order’s are missing something or are wrong like I ordered a rebel drink with sine (the limited time glitter) no shine and they charge a dollar extra for that. today I wanted to order a protein latte with cereal Addition that you can get on the soft top and no cereal and the size was wrong, which is fine it’s just kind of annoying at this point when I do the order ahead I still have to wait in the entire line go to the window and sometimes they’re still making it even though I’m there at the time the app tells me to be. Im just not too sure what’s going on

My husband went thru the drive through and received 2 of the 4 drinks made incorrectly. There is no number available to call and give feedback. Two drinks were ultimately thrown away....money was thrown away. Makes me rethink going back. I know mistakes are made but customers shouldn't have to pay the price! Who knew almond milk steamers are hard to make.
