The worst pizza and hamburger ever. Uneatable.

Started to go out for dinner. Found this place in hotel offering burger, wings, fish tacos etc. The wings are so very good nice crunch incredible flavor. A bit pricey but good hubs had fish tacos. I had spicy habanero chicken sandwich. Good food , had to track server down for refills on drinks but overall good. Pricey but convenient!

The food is average hotel fare. The servers are friendly and attentive. I ordered the salmon and shrimp. The salmon had a good glaze and was cooked well. The side rice was very bland and the mixed vegetables were essentially like frozen vegetables from a bag.The experience wasn’t horrible, but if you’re a foodie this won’t sit well. If you’re resigned to just stay in the hotel and take your meal it will work.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any place. They compare countless booking web sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed.Everything was great. Clean spacious room. The beds were very comfortable ! Loved the breakfast buffet and room service. Very good food! Very clean throughout the whole hotel. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Front desk was very helpful as well!

We had a last minute family trip to SA (Jan 2022) and stayed here and were blown away at how much better it was than some of the other places we have stayed in the area. The rooms are very quiet (no outside noise or neighboring rooms) and the blackout curtains are no joke. The breakfast offered was the best I’ve had in years at a hotel - especially in a time when many hotels are skimping or no longer offering breakfast due to germs - it was robust, fresh, and had tons of options for adults and kids alike. Bring cash to tip the omelette cook! I didn’t know about that in advance. The pool is heated (too many other local indoor pool hotels aren’t ?) and was perfect to enjoy with the kids. We found ourselves down at the lobby restaurant in the evening and enjoyed the Parmesan garlic potato wedges - while I’m sure everything on the menu was also good, it was super limited in options and quite expensive. Would have loved to see more snacky finger food to eat with the family after swimming. When we checked in, we had issues with our heater in the room - the phone someone aren’t connected to anywhere in the rooms ??‍♀️ - but a quick walk down to the front desk and they immediately had someone up to fix it.We tried out the pullout couch bed for lounging (luckily we weren’t planning on having anyone sleep on it) and it was…not great. You could feel and bear every spring through the 2” foam. It also only came with a very light sheet as a blanket tucked in, so I assume there would have to be quite a few extra things you’d need to request in order to actually utilize it as a bed (which I still wouldn’t want to do because it was so uncomfortable).Other than that, the room and bathroom were very clean, beds were very comfortable, and had no issues with hot water or other basic needs. We will absolutely stay here again in the future.

The hotel looks great, breakfast is good, and location is perfect for our purpose. The room is clean and we are happy with the room overall but there's a major problem. At night, the room is too cold for the kids, and the AC is blowing cold air.In the evening, we feel a little bit cold so we turn up the thermostat temperature to 75F while it was 69F. The AC seems to be blowing air and we let it run for hours. At bed time the temperature is still 69F and we just go to bed with blankets. At 2am, it was still cold and it's obviously that the AC is not able to warm up the room at all.Since it's already very late at night and the kids are all sleeping and we have to wake up at 6am to compete at a sport event. At 3am, it did not make sense for us to ask for a room change. However, the kids kept waking up and crying because the room is too cold for them.I am not happy because it's likely the hotel knows the room is not warming up. My guess is that the room 401 is at the corner so there are two external facing walls. So if outside is cold, the room will be colder than other rooms. When I booked the room, I let the hotel know that I am traveling with young kids. Please note that we stayed for one night so we did not talk to the front desk about this problem. If we are staying for more than a night, it's likely the hotel will be able to move us to another room. I think I should give the hotel the benefit of the doubt.

This was my first trip to this hotel.Room: The room was super clean. I usually inspect my room upon arrival with a black light. I found the room to be cleaner than most rooms I've stayed in. The sheets were clean, there was no sign of wear/tear on the furniture. The bed was comfortable. No indication of being rundown at all.Proximity to Airport: I was a little concerned about the noise from the airport. It was not an issue at all. In fact, I believe I only hear one plane the time I was there.Customer Service - Front Desk: The staff were attentive, polite, and professional. I felt welcome to be there.Parking Lot: No issues with the parking lot. I read somewhere that it wasn't safe but that was not the case. Plenty of parking spaces and well lit.

The atrium area is quite dated. Having to line up like cattle for their happy hour was a bit unpleasant and we didn't stick around long for that. The room was very nice, though and it was clean. The fresh omelets were the saving grace of breakfast. Everything else was cold and did not taste good and at the self serve coffee station I had to go through several "clean" coffee cups to find one without a dirty ring stain inside. I won't be back.

We love this hotel! The staff is always polite and they few things we needed they brought straight to our rooms. Best is the breakfast!!! It costs us about $100 to go out to breakfast with our 7-8 people herd and this breakfast is so awesome so we spend the extra money on the nicer hotel to get the delicious breakfast they also have a happy hour and snacks at night. We were to busy this stay to take advantage of that but it’s good and the beer and wine are free! Great pool also! Plus it’s 12 minutes to downtown

Embassy looks bland on the outside but is full of surprises inside. The rooms are huge with excellent views. I've never had a larger bedroom in a standard hotel room. The breakfast is extensive and very well made to the point that I'd go for seconds. Parking is a bit tricky and they locked the other access gate, so be prepared to turn into the hotel before missing your turn! I'd happily stay here again.

It’s in Embassy Suites in the Woodlands-best burger I’ve had in Texas and our server Kayla was top notch too! Yum ?

This was my family and I first experienced here. It was absolutely perfect. The hospitality in this hotel is definitely up to the above and beyond standards. The interior of the rooms are really comfy. They are nice and spacious. Perfect for entertaining and definitely a good night rest. The amenities at the hotel are nicely maintained. The breakfast here was definitely a great experience on its own. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was a excellent way to cool off and relax. The interior of the hotel is outstanding and there is a very nice view when you are going to your floor on the elevator. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I we are definitely going to be returning customers.
