Great food, but overpriced. And seeing the owners or whoever driving around in the giant Earth Burger pickup truck is kind of a turn off. Half the point of veganism is to help the climate. And I didn't like the ordering scheme, talking to a remote restaurant worker on webcam is just awkward to me. If I have to order electronically I'd rather just punch in my order from a touch screen like at Panera or Shake Shack. Also one time my order was ready and I had no idea they just quietly put the completed food on a rack near the counter so I was sitting there waiting forever not realizing my food was done. I'm really sad Project Pollo went away because I think some healthy competition in the vegan sector would be good for Earth Burger. Ultimately as a vegan I want to see every vegan place be the best it can be.

Update: Staff ignored me and made me wait 20 minutes for a small order. I will be taking my business to the nacagdoches location.Orginal review: This restaurant is 100% vegan. Period. No animal products, no mayo, no worries. The food always comes quickly and drive thru is key. The desserts are all vegan coconut based. The vegan cheese here is follow your heart. The #1 Earth Burger is the most popular item and is the best vegan burger. This is beyond meat patties. I take meat eater friends here and they say it tastes just like a regular burger. The chikn is one of the better vegan chickens I have had as well. Best vegan shakes including Oreo. Desserts are bomb.

I have actually been here twice! The first one .. I believe his name may have been Miguel? I LOVVEEEEDDDDD HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE . The second time Hannah, the assistant manager took my order and was also top tier!!!! We need one of these in Houston!!!! Move to Houston Hannah!! ??Try any burger and definitely get that “chicken” sandwich
The food is delicious and all plant based. My only complaint is that both times I’ve eaten there it’s been too cold in the dining area.

I had a "chicken" sandwich with fries and a chocolate shake. The meal was good, I especially love the fries. The shake was thick served with a spoon.Vegetarian options: All products are plant based, and it is definitely fast food.

This place is super delicious but it takes forever when you go thru the drive thru. Eating in the restaurant is quicker. Not entirely sure it's worth the wait.
The paper wrappers for the burgers smell strong like chemicals, I always have to take out the burger and wrap it with a napkin. Food great though!

Our whole experience with them was 10/10. The staff was great and friendly. The signature earth burger was so good, definitely recommend. The loaded tater fries were also delicious, the fried pickled onions really set the taste. Their lemonade/limeade was fresh and a great drink to have with your meal. Definitely reccomend this spot for the food but the staff made it even better.

I wanted to try something different so I tried EARTH BURGER.Like most people when trying out a new restaurant, I asked the cashier what would he recommend. He immediately said that the Ranchero burger was the best.So I ordered it and I ordered the combo and payed extras for the loaded fries with the special sauce.I sat down and waited on my order to be prepared.My order came to my table and I opened it up immediately was thrown off by the salad bacon bits on my loaded fries.But I wanted to stay positive so I tried it out.It was a weird combination with the sauce.When I took a bite of the burger I wasn’t too impressed.Just a typical vegan burger nothing amazing about it to come back again and spend &20 for a combo.Something needs to be added our taken away.Just can’t put my finger on it.I think vegan food has ran its course with me and this EARTH BURGER was the straw that broke the camel’s back.Now my head is spinning because I think the the patties are full of sodium.

Over priced and drab flavor. Didn't help that my wallet was left in restroom. Realized a few min later and called. Worker found it right where I left it. When I picked it up my cash was gone. Called back asking if cameras show restroom. She said yes, but some boxes were blocking the view. Hope whoever took it really needed it and thank you for not taking my cards or checks.Parking: Very few spots.
