I love bagels but every time I come into this place they are so freaking slow. Food is great. Just expect to wait for a long time. Yes they are busy and I understand that but no communication like I'll be with you in a minute. Or what is your name for the pick up. I think it took them ten minutes just to cash me out. Now I expect to wait another 20 for my food. The worst part in the entire time they have their backs turned to you like I said before never saying hello or we are so happy to see you or even thank you to the people leaving their store. I got three bagels with nothing done today. they cut all three of them! I told the lady I wanted nothing done to them! Yes it sounds silly to be pissed off about this. But I keep them for breakfast for a few days and now they're going to go bad faster. I would go in and ask for an exchange but it'll probably take me 30 minutes to get my 3 cut bagels not cut. And the lady charge me three bagels with cream cheese! I would probably never recommend coming back to this place when it's busy. Horrible
Seriously the worst bagel and nova lox sandwich ever! Cream cheese was greasy and foaming, 1 sliver of onion and the tip of a piece of tomato with a soggy pretzel bagel.... ugh. Bad tasting, poorly assembled.. yuck! Don't usually post bad reviews but... beware.

I haven't had a bad bagel from this place. Savory or sweet, both are just what we want for breakfast. Believe me, everyone will love you when you walk in with a box full of bagels and spread. My favorite savory bagel is the Asiago. My favorite sweet one is the blueberry. They also have plenty of cream cheese spreads to choose from. You can't go wrong with plain, but if you're looking for a good sweet one, try the honey almond one. The strawberry and veggie ones are good too. They are open early and the staff is ready to help.

The staff here was really nice. They talked to us like they liked their jobs and wanted to hear what we had to say. They still had a great selection left at 1030am. The parking lot is a bit confusing because their logo is on a Vape shop...just drive around the corner and you can't miss it. Our GPS brought us to the backside of this business.

It's a small place with a few food options and pretty good coffee.. I'm very happy with my small Mocha that is still pretty large.. unlike the other comments I got treated very friendly and the employees were very happy and chatted with me.
