Long wait time and I did order ahead and after 30 minutes still no food...just did a refund

I've been to other Einstein Bros. Bagels before and they are usually great. Unfortunately this one was not. I waited 10 minutes at the register for someone to take my order (I was the only one at the register). On top of that their were a couple of people complaining about waiting for orders 20-30 minutes. They even mentioned they saw others come in, order, or have online orders and get their food first. I did not see that, but they were here longer so it was possible.

The sad thing is Tlthey had plenty of staff; unfortunately they were very disorganized, and poorly managed. I couldn't wait anymore so I left without ordering. Not a good experience at all.

Be prepared to wait an hour for your order.

Came on a Monday, literally no other customers and it took quite awhile for my order. The 3 employees who were “working” there kept messing around, no sense of urgency, no friendly customer service, laughing about burning eggs.

Love the breakfast sandwiches and the coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee has been unavailable for weeks. And the option to get a thin cut bagel has been removed from online ordering. Please bring these back!

Kanajia is one of the best cashier I have ever experienced! She keeps us coming back. The entire staff is welcoming and great! The food is always on point and I love the atmosphere and how clean the restaurant is! This is one of my favorite spots.
