All these bad reviews are true .Bad customer service .save your money and go somewhere else.

I really encourage them to acknowledge their clients when they come in. Usually we come in and no one says anything for a while they try not to look at you as well, just ignore you. A simple “hello” or “I’ll be right with you” would make the environment much more friendly. I see that they are busy as they pass in front of me multiple times so I don’t expect immediate service but I do feel ignored every time I walk in there. Food is great though!

Staff can’t speak English and does not understand how to take a order as well as they look at you and talk as if your a alien and speaking a language they never have heard before when trying to make a simple order.

Food is always delicous however service needs to get faster waited almost 30 minutes for 2 aguas frescas which is very unacceptable

The ice cream was delicious and a hit with the kids. However, the cups should be made from paper or foam to make them easier for small children to hold without discomfort.

One concern: while we were there, an employee began cleaning the ice cream freezer by forcefully chipping away ice with a metal spoon for about 10 minutes. The loud banging noises were disruptive, especially with families and young children present.

Employees don't even acknowledge people coming in. They just stand there staring at each other. They roll their eyes when you start ordering. I'll never come back.

Just reading the reviews I’m not going here. I was glad to find this place so close to home but I think I’ll drive just a little further to avoid the bad customer service.

I was very disappointed when I tried the corn on cup. They did not drain the water from the corn and I Politely asked for another other one. I explained why I did not like it and also added that the chile had too much lime to the point it only tasted like lime. I was told they could not give me another one because they would be Losing money. The lady was rude and she became upset she even said this is the first and last time that I give u a new one🤔🤔😡😡 I did tell her well this is the last time I come here. Talk about no customer service🤭

Overpriced.

Never have I been disrespected being a local costumer by a worker with a bad attitude I told not to speak to me with her attitude and another worker came from the back and said she is a minor you can’t speak to her that way she is new I said to her no one is touching her if she is a minor she should not be working here my thoughts.In Spanish and English she gave me my to go Ice cream in a waffle cone when I wanted a regular cone then asked her for a cup only because the rest of my order was not ready she gave me a small cup waffle cone was not going to fit in, she got a bigger attitude when I asked for a bigger cup with a attitude. I asked to speak to a manger or owner they were both with there attitude that to call or go back at 9:30. It was 9:20 when I left from the location asked for the owner or manger’s name and the chunky girl that came from the back with the same attitude she said come back at 9:30. All I’m saying is Watch how you speak to people and treat customers you don’t know who your customer are or do for a living. Very un professional should have stayed and waited but my family was waiting on what we work hard to pay for our snacks at a local business to be treated in this disrespectful way. I go in there with my family and grandchildren my mom was with me she was like omg esa muchacha que le pasa very disappointed been going to this Old Pearsalle location since they first opened they were so nice I even had my card where they would punch a hole when you went in I believe it was 10 times a lot has changed.

Such a horrible place didn’t get my order correct then we called and a lady was being very rude corn in the cup, no flavor and a bunch of water don’t spend your money there !!!!

The food is good in this place, meanwhile the service was horrible the old lady at front was very rude when I asked for my milk shake.

Ordered Tamarindo raspas and they were watered down. The place smelled like sewerage too.

They had an attitude when I only asked for extra jalapeños, Valentina, and cheese they charged me extra on everything witch is fine but the lady preparing in the back made a ugly face at me mind you I’m talking to her nice

the icecream was great but the internet was laggy and made me lose a clash royale match when i was 1 win away from 9k trophies and i had 3k dmg lead
