Minta Zertuche can hardly form a sentence and is upset over some lights?? Lady, are you serious?? Because they flipped a light switch??!! THAT'S PATHETIC. Alejandro Garcia can barely spell, he should take that time he's not giving to this business and review basic grammar lessons. Vanessa Acosta and Glenda De La Cruz sound like straight up KARENS. Vanessa, you went to use the restroom, did you want them to knock on the door to clarify your order?? Glenda, it's LATE, if you order something at 9:30 and the hours are CLEARLY POSTED which tell you they close AT 10PM, and you don't check it, guess what, you run the risk of having to wait until they re-open to get it fixed. That's just common sense. This place is perfectly fine, I recommend you go and decide for yourself how good or bad it is, because no business can please everyone. Sometimes the customers are the problem.

What I was very bothered! And upset of. My son and his girlfriend had taken me for a snack on Valentines Day. As we were given our food they told us they will be closing in 5 minutes. And I had said awww let's go. We sat for at least 2 minutes. And a employee turned off the lights on us . .. what kinda business turns off the light on paying customers. They couldn't wait until we step out of the door.... what a day to remember

The place has a weird smell to it. DO NOT USE THE RESTROOM HERE! The restroom has the foulest smell ever. You can smell it as you enter the hall and it really hits you when you get to the back area. It made me sick. I didn't want my order after using the bathroom here. Which didn't matter because my order was wrong. When I tried to claim my order, the manager jumped in and was extremely rude. She said my order was confusing so they gave me what they thought I wanted. I asked why she didn't ask me to clarify my order. I asked for a blue coconut shaved ice. They gave me a coconada. She said I ordered a flavor of shaved ice they don't have. She said to them, shaved ice is the ice cream. I asked why they didn't say anything to me about my order. She said that wasn't her problem. When I asked if she could just get me a blue coconut raspa so I could leave, she finally gave in but "forgot" to tell me the raspa is less expensive than what they gave me. I had to ask if I owed them any more money or if they owed me money.Needless to say, I will not be giving them any business in the future.

Customer service is appalling. When they mess up an order it’s very hard to get your replacement. Workers act oblivious. About a week ago I sent my nephew to bring me two corn on the cobs it was about 9:30pm. As I bit into them I was biting nothing but the cob‼️ I was furious, why would they sell something that clearly looked bad ( corns were sealed therefore, we didn’t see them till we got home). There was nothing they could do as they said they were closing. Spoke to a guy name Jaime and said that they would redo my order. Fine. Show up today gave them all the info. they needed to figure out if I was lying or not. Nobody knew anything. They had to call owner I guess because it was as if it never happened. Bottom line is check your order because good quality food will be hard to obtain once you leave. —Customer lost.
We love this place. Always rock with everything we order. Never fails to impress. Prices are a bit higher than other places, but it's very convenient and so good.

This place never disappoints! I got the Melón Sundae?. We also tried Ultimate Cucumber...mangonada and big red float. It surely hit the spot... best summer snacks around! We only paid $24 for all of that! I'm not sure why the bad reviews about customer service because the 2 young ladies working today were very helpful.
