The food is excellent. Homemade feel. nice portions. You will want a to-go box.. Very upscale vibe, but the prices are very reasonable..you don'thave to break the bank to eat here.. and the staff here are very sweet and attentive. A must eat-at place. Here in the Stone Oak area.

It was our first time here, and we visited early on a Saturday morning for breakfast. When we arrived, the place was almost empty. We were seated right away, but the server didn’t come promptly.
We ordered the green chilaquiles with chicken and the huevos rancheros. The food tasted amazing but it took longer than expected for a half-empty restaurant. By the time we were almost finished, the side corn tortillas finally arrived, after requesting them several times.
We had fresh coffee, but when it came time for refills, the server was noticeably absent. We watched other tables receive full service, including chips and salsa, while nothing was brought to our table. When we were ready to pay, the server was nowhere to be found.
This location has previously been a vegetarian restaurant and a pizza place, and it shows. The Mexican restaurant appears to have reused the furniture and décor, which lacks the vibrant colors and warmth typically associated with Mexican culture. The décor feels inconsistent; tacky paintings mixed with industrial furniture, while the only clear Mexican touches were found near the restroom. The music and food felt Mexican, but unfortunately, the service did not reflect the warmth and hospitality you’d expect.
Maybe we just had a bad server, but overall, the experience didn’t leave us wanting to return. The place has a lot of potential given its location, but for now, we’ll pass.
Good luck next time.

We discovered this place about a month ago and let me tell you, this IS Mexico. From the decor, to the channels on the TV, to the kind staff and down to what we’re here for, the food. Absolutely amazing! Most authentic plates of Mexican food we’ve had ever in San Antonio.
We’ve been here 4 separate times (yes this past month and yes it’s that good) and every. Single. Time. The service and the food is a hit! I can’t tell you what to order because everything is made with SOUL! You’ll taste the love behind any bite you have here.
Not to mention super reasonably priced plates and SUPER well served. Places like these are rare. Places like these deserve business! This is a definite stop my friends!

Wanted to like this place, but it just didn’t hit. The food was sub-par Mexican — nothing bad, just nothing memorable or worth coming back for.
The dining experience didn’t help. Our waiter took the drink order and immediately rushed off while I was still trying to order queso, which kind of set the tone for the rest of the meal. Everything felt hurried instead of welcoming.
Overall, not impressed. There are way better Mexican spots around that actually take their time and deliver food that wows.

The food is delicious, salsa is nice and spicy, chips are addicting, and the enchiladas are amazing!

We had a great experience and visited for the first time on a Thursday. The server brought us chips and salsa shortly after we sat down, and I personally loved the flavor of the salsa. Our server was very attentive.
I ordered the chicken mole, which comes with rice and refried beans. It was the perfect portion. The chicken was tender and juicy. My husband ordered fideo soup with the tomato base and added ground beef to it. The broth was flavorful and tasty. He also ordered a michelada, and it was very good.
The music was at a very comfortable level, and you can also watch sports on the TVs by the bar.
