Horrible customer service my husband walked into see what they had to offer since we had seen a post. No one asked him or offered service. Workers were sitting down eating right in front of him. My husband stayed standing there for another 5 minutes and still No acknowledgment. Definitely will not be going back, how do you expect to get customers if you don’t even acknowledge them and start them off with a good experience… Ridiculous….

I waited 30 minutes for my Uber Eats order, which had been forgotten about. When I finally received it, the bag tore and I had to go back inside to have it redone. Throughout this entire experience, no one apologized or acknowledged the delay. Instead, I was told they were focused on DoorDash orders, even though my order had already been ready for some time. The staff appeared more interested in personal conversations than providing professional service. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional and disappointing.

Don't click the menu button and use tryotter to place an order. I think the order likely never went through, so I never got my food. The number listed for cancelations or refunds is eternally busy as well so I am out $40

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for the past 2 years and our experience has been nothing short of fantastic! Their hotdogs are really 9 inches and have a flair of San Antonio flavors, they have other things on the menu like mini tacos and corn in a cup. I will say eating their hotdogs can get really messy lol, but I think offering food- safe gloves will make the experience truly perfect. We love coming here, it’s our hidden gem ☺️.
