Customer service needs to be taught to both of the ladies behind the counter. I asked a question about a certain bread and was very rudely answered that if its not on the shelf they dont have any. I understand all that but there is a better way of telling a customer that they dont habe any. Bread was harder than hard

🧁 Having cravings, a sweet tooth and live a few miles away or close by and haven’t been by. Well I have to say a must try.
My daughter and I wanted something sweet to eat and decided to stop at this location. There is variety of Pan de dulce to choose from including cakes and tortillas. I had a hard time choosing so I just decided on their cute Pink Cupcake.
The taste was perfect and delightful. The breading was not too dry nor very moist.
The price range was within a bakerys standards. So no complaints here. Cute bakery! The cakes look yummy! 🎂🍰🍥🥮🧁

Ordered a few pieces of bread and was disappointed. Ordered a cupcake and it was hard. Not going back again.

The girls are very rude, they gossip about their customers and whisper while giggling. I will no longer be going there. And will make sure to tell my family and friends so they stop going there as well.
I tried this place for the first time after my lunch and it was wonderful! They have all kinds of pastries but I got pan dulce and loved it. I will definitely stop by again when I’m in the SA area and craving something sweet
Was quick. Courteous. Friendly. Not expensive. Nothing was stale. Chocolate cake. .... man now I Wana get more cookies lol
Cool little place
placed a toogoodtogo order here, my husband picked it up and said the sweet ladies stuffed the bag. everything was SOO amazing and we are definitely coming back!

I like the Pan Dulce🤪
Disappointed Regular Customer
I’ve been coming to this bakery from time to time and usually really enjoy the products. But this last visit was a complete letdown.
The muffins were raw in the middle, the donuts had a strange off taste, and the churros were soggy—not just a little off, but bad enough that I had to throw most of it away. I spent $25 expecting the same quality I’ve had in the past, and instead got something that felt rushed and careless.
If management sees this, I really hope you take a serious look at consistency and quality control. One bad visit like this can turn a loyal customer away—and for me, unfortunately, it has. I won’t be coming back.
Fresh sweet bread daily! Hot fresh coffee too! The best in town, customers always going in and out!
