Not going to lie, the bread was all smashed. I look like it's been in there for 2 or 3 days. I did not look appetizing. I recommend would not go again

One of the ladies there is SO RUDE!! She won't even speak to you. No smile. Just rude. Will take my money elsewhere.
Just picked up a too good to go bag, Worst experience I have had yet. The food was not worth what I paid. It was literally thrown in a bag with such disrespect. It was shameful.
Overall a great experience! Great sweet bread and friendly staff. They are also eco friendly!

The breads and rolls are all very delicious but the customer service is not so good, the lady is always sullen and reluctant, somewhat rude, but everything else is an excellent bakery.

Absolutely do not go here, me and my wife got here 40 minutes prior to them closing, had already paid for our order, and the worker refused to open the door for us and serve us. After knocking and yelling that we already paid for our order, she finally came to the door and shoved our bag at me and said “goodbye”. Awful attitude and absolutely inappropriate.
Very friendly ladies working there.

How can you have a store where NO ONE speaks ENGLISH?!
I called to resolve MISSING ITEMS from my delivery order.... ON MY BIRTHDAY... and there was NO ONE who was able to help me resolve the issue!! INSTEAD.... THEY JUST HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!
That's ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
NO WONDER THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG.... NO ONE COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT THE ORDER CALLED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE UNLESS THERE WAS A PICTURE NEXT TO THE MENU ITEM!!!!

Tried the To Good To Go purchase. No one in the bakery I was 5 minutes early and had to wait. Not a personable lady in store, seemed kind of mean in appearance, facial expression. Maybe she had a bad day? After waiting 5 minutes, I went back inside where she proceeded to throw 2 melted chocolate covered donuts and about 4 plain sugar coated donuts tossed in the bag. No care, of course the chocolate is all over everything. No care or concern for the product or packing. Was the value there? I suppose not really if its a mess by the time you leave the store. Might have well poured a cup of coffee in the bag without the cup. Same level of care. Unknown if goods are any good, don't like mashed donuts.. Definitely not worth it. Try somewhere else.
