I really enjoy this place unfortunately encountered a bad experience with the female bartender with the tattoos and blonde streaks. Do not sit at the bar and pay cash! My bill came out to be less than $40 paid her with a $100 bill and gave me back $30. When I asked she said I had given her less. With all the back and forth she said “I’ll take it as my tip” with out giving me the opportunity to decide her own tip. I asked to speak to her manager and she mocked me and said she was one of them. I honestly didn’t believe her so it prompted me to write this review. Bar was pretty empty and she seemed to be more invested in her group of friends that were there than providing better costumer service. Bottom line: DO NOT PAY HER CASH! She’s a scammer. I really hope another manager sees this.

The food was good was not that great. My friend and I order two alcohol drinks and those were very ugly. No taste, no alcohol seems that the bartender does not know what he is doing or they are very tight on serving alcohol. I ask for a mojito and it tasted like ice water with peppermint leaves not one bit of alcohol. I didn’t even finish it. My friend ask for a mango margarita and it tasted like water with mago. The bartender has no experience in making drinks. A yes seat away from the music it is very loud the waitress might take your order wrong because she might not hear you.

We had aguachiles and they tasted like pure vinegar, the calamari was burnt and the suchi was the only one that was passable. The music record was scratched and the sound was very bad.The michelada was the only one my husband liked.I loved the waiter's service.

Great place if you enjoy loud live Mexican Banda & Norteño music. Food is ok. Drinks are expensive and decent. Overall its a good place to enjoy being out withoit the need of being in a club! Plus the kitchen is open all night!! So you eat, drink, sing, dance...repeat!!!Kid-friendliness: See kids here all the time. There are a few games and a balloon clown that makes awesome balloon art!!!

I'm from Houston, came to San Antonio for work business. I was looking for a place like this to have a good time and I did, good food, atmosphere, the staff overall thank you Ricky at the bar he was fantastic making all the super cocktails we really appreciate the attention towards us and to the people at the bar. I highly recommend this place and share my experience hope to come back again that I really enjoy, music really great. Yes, it is busy and will take sometime but be patient it is really busy because it's a good place to have a good time specially birthdays the wait it's worthwhile as well the prices, the drinks so many to choose from huge Margaritas and Cantaritos .
