It’s a nice place for food and drinks, but don’t expect great service. I’ve been here twice now, and the service just isn’t good. I don’t know if it’s because we just had bad servers for both times, or if it was an off day, but both times we’ve been there, it’s just been bad. The servers we’ve had have forgotten to put in appetizers, forgot flavorings to drinks, we weren’t given silverware until after the food was on the table and had to ask, had to wait 30 minutes for a non-alcoholic refills, and weren’t given the proper amount of plates for our party for when an appetizer did come out (1st time was with 6, 2nd time was with 11.) The food is delicious though, and the drinks are great as well! It’s just really disappointing coming to a restaurant that my family raves about just for the service to be mediocre at best.

The food was excellent—everything we ordered came out exactly as expected and was very well prepared. Service was also great: prompt, attentive, and well-timed throughout our visit.
Unfortunately, our experience was noticeably impacted by the condition of both the men’s and women’s restrooms. During a busy service, the restrooms appeared not to have been maintained, and the conditions were off-putting enough that it made it difficult to return to our meal comfortably. When restrooms are not kept up, it naturally raises concerns about overall cleanliness, especially on high-traffic nights when routine checks should be in place.
We truly enjoyed the food and service and hope this feedback is helpful, as improved restroom upkeep would make an otherwise very good dining experience even better.

First of all, the acoustics inside are so bad you can hear only the person sitting next to you. The chips are thick, rather than thin, and I prefer thin. The fajita tacos were stuffed with good meat, but I would prefer less meat and have grilled onions and green bell peppers. Everyone said the enchiladas were good.

We had a party of 18 walk in, we showed up an hour early because we knew the wait would be a while, then we get told for a party of 18, it would have to all be on one check. Spoke with manager (Juan) who was very unaccommodating. He said this is their policy. I called the other El Mirasol location and they told me that is only the policy for PRIVATE DINING, not regular walk ins (which we were just a walk in). After telling this to Juan he said then we should just go to the other location and walked away. Very rude and not how you treat a potential customer. I doubt that splitting checks is that DIFFICULT. Very disappointed with customer service at this location and probably won't return to this location. Do better.

We enjoyed the place. The spicy old fashion was a little on the sweet side, but the Caldo was excellent. Our waiter was always attentive and ready with our drink or other needs regularly. I'll be back in the future. Otherwise, my only negative is the noise level, it was hard to hear each other.

The flavor of the carne asada was delicious! The portion size was generous and our waiter was great.
So, I went back to this place this past Tuesday. The Ribeye fajitas are OUTSTANDING!!! There is plenty of ribeye for the two of us (my husband and I) AND we took home ribeye home! Our waiter was very nice and the Tito Rita’s were good too! The only problem I had that night was the bathroom needed attention.
