Chispas are good and there are a couple waiters we prefer to have serve us. Food isn’t great but it isn’t bad. There is usually a wait, wish you could put yourself on a waiting list online.

I only give 4 stars on service because we had to wait along time before waiter came to the table it was a mix up by the hostess but after that service was amazing our waitress was amazing and they even competed an appetizer for the mix up food was really amazing will definitely come back

The construction around this place is nuts but completely worth traversing through for this cuisine. Some of the best, top notch, savory Tex-Mex I've ever had! Always order the steak guacamole appetizer!

I'm sorry but I did not have a good experience with El Mirasol at Alon. I often order to go dinners for my Wife and I because we don't go out that often. A friend told me they had Amazing tables ideas guacamole and to try the Lobster enchiladas. I am a meat eater so I ordered the Parradilla plate and upgraded to the Angus beef for over 25 dollars and my wife tried the Enchiladas, we ordered tje guacamole and chips as an appetizer. I have to say they were literally the worst beef fajitas I've ever had, the meat was chewy and if I didn't know better I would have thought the boiled it. There was little meat compared to the amount of green peppers and onions which were a soggy mess. My wife said her lobster enchiladas were loosely rolled and falling apart and to quote her just "blah". The guacamole didn't have a lot of flavor and was just smooth like it was made in a blender. The only thing I really liked were the chips and the Charro beans. I don't usually write reviews but I was just very disappointed.

Friendly personnel and a very clean facility. The food is very good, this is more Tex-Mex, but the food is delicious. The Salmon plate is a healthy choice. So if you want to be healthy or want to have a cheat meal and eat some enchiladas, this is the place to go. Don't forget desert. The flan is soooo good here. I highly recommend it.

We ordered the parrillada and it was just ‘ok’. the little bit of rice and beans was a rdisiculosly small amount. the tortillas were so tough and chewy. i took a friend who was visiting from out of town because i had had good meals before but this was beyond disappointing:(. The tortillas for sure are not fresh or made there. I am now wondering if i will go back. It was extremely loud but i guess thats expected.
