The quesa birrias were good but not great, and very small portion sizes, plus it was expensive. For 2 quesa birria orders and a civeche it was $50. Which, if the food was a bigger portion or tasted really good then it would be worth it. BUT it felt wayyyy over priced and I was just truly disappointed in the food quality.

It’s parked at an outdoor dog park/ playground/ beach volley ball cool spot so it’s decorated cute and very trendy for friend hang outs....
The food was decent but expensive for the portion size. I liked the ceviche and quessabirria but found it did not live up to the hype I read on the reviews here. Spent $50 for 2 cokes, 2 orders of quesabirria (small portions) and ceviche. The environment is nice so if that’s something you value more than the food you may enjoy it better. You can bring dogs to the area which has pros and cons.
I pulled into the Hyatt Place Medical Center hotel at 9pm after a 12 hour day of travel. No lunch, hungry - Papasito's sounded good - but they were closed. I looked over to the right and saw the DOG Co. I could see a big screen TV with the Astros game playing. I guessed a beer and watching the last 2 1/2 innings of the game would be it. To my delight, the El Mitote food truck was still open. The Ceviche was among the best I've ever had, and the Al Pastor Quesadillas...
