The service was great, but the food was a different story. I ordered corn on a cup and i believe they use corn from a can which ruined the good seasoning they used. The hot dogs were kinda plain but then again its not a restaurant but more of a raspado/ ice cream shop. Prices were good for what they serve.
My husband and I went to see the cathedral and popped in to Poblanos for a quick lunch! We were pleasantly surprised by the value and friendliness of the place! It was counter service but very quick. Food was delicious and we were even asked by an employee how our lunch was. Very pleased with our experience!
The hotel staff mentioned Poblanos as a good place for breakfast or lunch. We decided to check them out for a late lunch. We tried to order the taco special but they were out of tacos so they asked if they could substitute it with tostados which was fine. Our orders also came with homemade flour tortillas on the side. The food was simple and good. We ended up eating the filling with our flour tortillas so if I went back I would probably get fajitas. The location is a little hidden...
