My girlfriend and I love the food from here. My girlfriend has a weak spot for their birria quesadilla. We loved it so much we keep recommending it to coworkers and more often than not we are sent here with orders from our coworkers. The flavor is always on point. I frequent Paisanos taco truck at least once a week. Not only do I love it, but my partner, kids and now sister and nieces love it too! We have tons of taco trucks on Culebra but this one has been the best! My favorite is the asada mini tacos and the beans! The meat is seasoned perfectly and tender. My son loves the chicken tacos, quesadillas and gorditas!
I've been coming here ever since I got here to San Antonio and these guys have some of the best street tacos out a taco truck, hands down. We've tried many other taco trucks around San Antonio, but these guys never fail. I gotta give it to these guys!!! Delicious!
