The chicken is constantly good but they have absolutely no customer service.
Not necessarily bad just no help at all. No thank you, is there anything else you need, nothing.
If you're going for just the chicken, it's good. The guacamole salsa... Very good.

I am from CA and when I found this Pollo Loco, I was so excited. But sadly when I sat down to eat my food, some of the chicken was cold and it seemed like it was pre-chewed. (No one actually pre-chewed it, but it felt like it when I put it in my mouth.) The Cashier that took my order, charged me, and gave me my food, were really nice. I just wish the food consistency from CA to TX were the same.

I love this place, it is very friendly, the service is incredible, the food is spectacular, just right, it is my favorite place at lunch time, I highly recommend it, and even more so now that the children can enjoy the dynamics of the games that they have just installed, excellent, congratulations to the manager
