I would give them a 0 but I couldn’t, food here is awful, the presentation of the food is terrible, I paid for the guacamole, and it looked like poop, not fresh at all it was disgusting, the inside is dirty, salsas are old and need cleanup around them!!

We stopped at El Pollo Loco whenever we are close by. It is a favorite. We happened to be there while the owner was in. My wife was telling the staff we drive to Allen, TX (from Norman, OK) to bring back food. He apparently owns that on too. She told him we need them in Oklahoma. 🥰 The chicken is so well seasoned and with the beans and rice and salsa rolled up in corn tortillas... perfection. Great staff at this location. So nice.

Didn't have about 75% of what I wanted to order. Need to update signage at drive thru if you are out of something, i.e. beans, drinks, specific cup sizes. Also, educate staff on what meals include. Staff member was not knowledgeable about meal options or ingredients.
