All these locations are trash in the san Antonio area and wanna say all texas. There nothing like the original in California but even then the quality is getting lower and prices are getting higher It says dining room 10:30 pm and got there at 10:00 and closed counting money and washing stuff. That tells me even at 9:30 they closed

Order 2 double chicken taco salads didn't get the crispy taco part. Chicken was dry the rice had zeeeroooo flavor the avocado was dark brown. And had I not checked my order they wouldn't of given me the burrito I ordered which was mostly rice little to no chicken. I've been to this location before and everything was on point not today. Sunday may 25th. Most likely my last time going to El Pollo Loco
