It's important to recognize that they're doing their best under challenging circumstances. I feel like some of the employees couldn't care less about their jobs and they have no sense of urgency to assist their customers. It took around 10 minutes from the time I approached the counter until my single order was completed. I was asked by three employees about my order. The two cash registers were not ready. Finally, one employee, Alexis (?), assisted me with zero smile and enthusiasm. I just ordered a 16-pc legs and thighs family meal, but it took more than 10 minutes...
I want to give a kudos review to the person working the window today, Friday around 3:30 PM. He was very professional and nice. My food was taking a few extra minutes and he kept updating me. His name was Jose. when I got home with my food everything tasted very, very good. It’s been about 12 years since I’ve been to this place and it’s still very delicious. Thank you
