The food was disgusting. The chicken was dry. It had a taste of old chicken. It was gross. The one on Culebra & Tezel has had very bad ratings for the longest time….salad was old chips were stale. It was just plain disgusting The chicken tasted horrible and I mean horrible would never go there again beware go at your own risk!!!!

WARNING, DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Worst customer service, went through the drive-thru, parking lot...empty, they got the standard family order wrong, young employees, rude. Parking lot, ALWAYS EMPTY.Now I know why.

I haven’t been to a Pollo Loco in about 5 or more years because it always disappointed but I decided to give them another chance I even downloaded their app so I can get points. I ordered a few bowls and I ordered the guacamole chicken burrito and they gave me the burrito that only has beans and cheese very frustrating and on top of that not 1 salsa nothing! I’m not asking for any refund or any replacement I just won’t be back and this time I REALLY WON’T give them another chance. The gentleman that helped me on the drive thru window was very nice but this place really frustrates me specially when you drive like 20 mins after work to feed your family and get home and get the wrong food and no salsas.
