Food is good as per usual. I’m from Laredo Texas and miss the pollo from there but this is hits the right and feels like home .

First time ordering food from this establishment. Ordered the double chicken fit bowl. Was so excited to see my salad, but the chicken was so hard and had burnt edges. Very disappointed. The roasted corn was fabulous though! Hoping the other dishes there are better. Might try again at another time.

Worst experience today! Went to buy dinner, and when I got home, the mac and cheese looked nothing like the one advertised. When I opened the mac and cheese cup, it looked more like dog food. The rice, which is one of my kids' favorite, seemed like they game me two servings of the scraped burn parts that came from the bottom of the pan. Why would someone even think to sell it like that. Never have I experienced bad food at pollo loco, but this was by far THE WORST!

The worst service. If you can go to another place do it. They take really long to give the food and they do it with a horrible mood like if they don’t want to work.
I don’t know what happened, maybe new management , maybe a new cook but the chicken lately has been so good. Good flavor, moist, just so good! Went through the drive thru.

Absolutely horrible , every time I get delivery they are always missing orders. Most recent order I added 5 avo salsas and tortillas and they were missing all those items. This is the 4th time this has happened

The food was good and the service was great. The staff were very friendly and had great customer service. The only problem I had was the light smell of sewage when walking inside because of the fountain drinks station. You can smell it coming from the drain. But overall the place is good.

We were looking forward for some Pollo Loco and I had convinced my husband to join me, I hadn’t gone since years, and we entered the building and costumer service were on Top of it, clean and friendly and we were hyped, and were so disappointed when we got home, for these small pieces, thin and small I tried to convince my husband that maybe the chicken was organic grown and he said “ I dont care if they start advertising that the chicken has healing properties, we are never going there again, so taste up your last chicken at pollo loco.” I am so sad about the experience.
