One of the best here in San Antonio. This is a perfect spot for locals and I was so glad to try it. The consume was the best I've ever had, not watery at all and packed with so much spices and flavor without being too overwhelming. The quesobirria just melted in my mouth and had a texture of barbacoa. The owner is quick and friendly and will be in one of my top 3 Mexican spots in San Antonio.
