I had a great experience at Embers, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Nevaeh. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel welcome. She checked in regularly without being intrusive and handled everything professionally. The food was great, but Nevaeh’s outstanding service made the experience even better. I highly recommend asking for her if you dine at Embers!

This place is a literal hidden gem (for us) figured we’d give it a try after being tired of eating at the same places over and over and always being next door at Mama Margie’s. The food is excellent and consistent. The servers are respectful and attentive. I think we’ve ate there 3 days just this week and it’s great every single time! Was skeptical at first maybe just because of the location next to a hotel BUT it did not disappoint and has a great ambience to it. Will be returning soon!

Stayed at the drury walked over alone to have dinner and drink service was great food was great I walked in alone and I will say the bartender Nathen has the entire bar laughing and talking .. I ended up having a great time and great dinner!
My wife of 32 years went to heaven just a few hours before I wrote this review. That’s how impressed I was. My son is a local chef. He won second place in the national James Beard Chef Contest. He doesn’t recommend a restaurant unless it’s a home-run. He said the grilled meatloaf is amazing. So I placed an order online but went ahead and called in to make sure they got it right. NOW THIS IS WHY I DECIDED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. Nathan B answered and listened to my changes that if forgotten the meal would be ruined. I also asked him to tell the delivery guy to call me so I could come down to meet him because I was in a hospice facility. I heard lots of chatter in the background and knew Nathan was busy. But he took a second to restate what I wanted and assured me he would personally handle it. He also gave his sympathy and explained his father had cancer and knew exactly what I was feeling. The empathy and kind words this young man, who didn’t need to say, genuinely made me feel just a tiny bit better. Well of course it was delivered exactly the way I requested. And it was the best meatloaf I’ve ever had. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience all because of one very busy employee Nathan B. Thank You sir for taking a second to cheer up a random stranger. I will be back for sure. Patrick Johnston

Went for Father’s Day and had Nevaeh as our waitress. She is absolutely fantastic. Very pleasant to speak to, made sure we had all we needed. She came to check on us often while keeping our drinks full, which is a plus for us. The food was very good but Nevaeh out did the food. Will be asking for her wherever we go back.
