This was a great experience! My son received a gift card for $50. Now in some places that wouldn't buy 2 meals, but here it did! I was so happy to have this delicious steak and shrimp, and so was he! The young woman at the register helped me out a lot trying to use the gift card, and she made me feel right at home! Thank you for a tremendous meal!

I’m back to amend my original review which was a bit harsh. If you have allergies or special requests, the best way to order takeout is online their website or in person. Some of the apps don’t allow modifications. There was a mix up with a pizza and the owner and his daughter went ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of everything for me and my family. Mistakes happen and they are a good family out here trying to serve our community. We will be back to enjoy Embers.

Had been wanting to come here for sometime.. cute restaurant! Isabella was our waitress..she was awesome! Hustling several tables and didn't skip a beat! We had the Embers Fries soon crispy and yummy.. the fries jalapeños had a bit of a kick.. had the Wood Fire Pizza S&M Steak n Mushrooms in added pineapple...was soo good... my friend had the pulled pork quesadilla..also yummy! Some frozen jack n cokes. Overall, great experience! Will go back!

My husband and I tried Embers for the first time yesterday for date night, it was a nice experience. It felt freezing inside so we opted to sit outside. We ordered an appetizer that we didn’t end up liking too much, but our waitress noticed and removed it from our bill! We’ve never liked sending food back having it go to waste but we were thankful she was more than kind enough to do it for us. Our entrees were absolutely delicious! The cheesecake was a generous slice that we also enjoyed a lot. We would definitely go back (actually debating about going back tonight! Lol)

Tonight was our second time (in less than a week mind you) and it was so good! We decided to give this place a try a few days prior thanks to a coworker who recommended and we went on a Saturday for an early dinner. The waitress then and the food then was 100%. Today, it was the same. Delicious food, attentive waitresses, overall a great dining experience. I will add that inside is freezing but I understand the cooks would probably be sweating otherwise. Tonight we sat outside and it was just perfect! Great restaurant with delicious food so we will be back!
I had not ate lunch or dinner , I ordered the steak pizza , most disgusting steak I ever had in my life . I told the waiter I wanted a to go box because it was disgusting . He didn't even offer a discount or even take a drink off my ticket . I gave the steak to my dog he did not care and kept walking away when I talked . I only ate the bread that didn't even taste like it was in a firewood oven .. one of the most horrible experience I've had . I WAS EXPECTING GOOD SERVICE SINCE THE Embers at L'aberge Casino at Lake Charles was amazing when I spent my birthday there. I was tired that evening to tell the manager anything , the waiter should of had common knowledge to offer a discount for the horrible food or an apology nothing just kept walking away and ignoring me

Thank you for reading this review. I have been in the area multiple times over the years, and this was the first time eating at Embers. My review is based upon previous waiter and food service experience. 10 yrs +.
We (party of 2) waited a very long time to be seated even though inside and out had numerous tables ready and clean. My wife wanted to sit outside on the terrace. It was a very comfortable night pit, and we had a great conversation between us. We ordered appetizers: fried mozzarella, fired wings-lemon pepper, drinks: sweat tea, and Basil margarita. The margarita was AMAZING! Entre: Bella pork Chops for me, and Chicken balsa for her. The food was amazing. Delicious in every bite.
The atmosphere was very lacking.The tables on the terrace were small, which is ok, but we're very dirty. I don't mean food was left on. The drinks that were there had rings. It's a lack of someone coming in behind to clean the table effectively. There was trash and leaves all over. A plastic bag caught in the tree. NO ONE had swept the area in at least a week, if not more.
To the manager, possibly retraining the staff to put more attention on cleanliness inside and as well as outside. Cleanliness on the table after the last group leaves. The host needs to learn how to manage the table and seat customers when the tables are ready.
