Very much a vibe here 🩷 I got the vanilla iced latte topped with the cheese touch (blueberry cheesecake cold foam) and the coconut dreams (coconut matcha cloud). The Cuban sandwich is warmed and it’s DELICIOUS, I’m not a huge fan of pork but man you could tell it was grilled, 100% impressed. The breakfast sando did taste a little odd though, almost like a fishy taste.

Otherwise, very cute environment, the drinks aren’t very sweet so be sure to add some extra syrup if you like yours sweet!

My daughter picked this place for her birthday breakfast and we went today, Labor Day. Our party was 4 adults 3 kids. To my surprise there was only one staff member to do it all. Short staffed on a major holiday, and guess what? The young lady did an amazing job, from taking our orders to making and bringing us our drinks and then putting our complete order together and bringing it to our table. All while waiting on all the other customers and doing same for them. I don’t know if she’s a manager, but if she isn’t, management take note and please give her a raise, bonus and kudos.
She was amazing and she brought delicious food out quick. My thanks to HER! She made our experience wonderful ALL BY HERSELF!

Annie wasn’t very kind and wouldn’t allow me to redeem my Offline subscription because I wanted to use it on 2 beverages.. she said I had to sit and drink both and when I said sure, she changed her mind and said actually you can’t use it unless it’s on food. I don’t recommend this service, however their Southtown location is very friendly and Laura will make your day!

Great place to meet, nice GF baked goods. Perhaps a bit to much cinnamon in the chai

I love this find. Quaint little breakfast/lunch place that makes fresh pastries and bread. I had the chicken Cesar salad sandwich and died and went to heaven. Would absolutely recommend this place for coffee or a meal!

Small dining room inside and music was too loud to have a convo.
Food sits there all day and is heated up, which is overpriced for size.
Customer service was not the friendliest, opportunity to be more friendly, open & inviting compared to other coffee shops in the area.

Got an iced Americano, was too sweet for me the first time and gentleman at the counter was super sweet and remade it. Made my experience great !

I’ve been a regular customer because the food is consistently good and we love the sourdough, but the service has become unacceptable. During my last visit, the girl with the green hair was blatantly rude and unprofessional. If she can’t manage basic courtesy toward customers, she’s in the wrong line of work. This kind of treatment is inexcusable, and I won’t be coming back. Lastly, the sourdough was burnt. What a shame.

The worst when only one person is working, not worth the wait.

Good spot! I visited the new location in Southtown after having gone to the OG spot a few times and loving the food. I ordered a quiche and an iced cappuccino. The barista seemed a little apprehensive at the iced cappuccino request but i clarified that i want the same ratio of milk to espresso as a hot cap and she was nice about it. food was bagged up for me upon request and both items were great! they even had a gluten free dessert option which is a plus for the GF peeps.
