Kids pizza no olives on it when told to have it

Chicken Alfredo came no sauce cause husband asked for extra

One cookie when asked for 3

Yeah you have gone downhill ez's you used to be good not now , even airport location at basse under cooked chicken strips had it redone 3 times and still raw

The burgers were okay, they had a slight charcoal flavor which is a nice change but were kind of dry. The nashville hot chicken had an interesting sauce flavor, different and slightly worse than others I have tried before. They were not crispy and had a grilled chicken texture but a thin and falling off layer of breading. The onion rings were disappointing and lacking in flavor and the breading was also falling off. The fries were good though.

Our 1st trip to EZ’s Brick Oven & Grill.
We ordered the following.
Diablo Dolce Pizza made with Marinara sauce, mozzarella, sopressata, cupping pepperoni, ricotta cheese, oregano, and crushed red pepper top with the arugula and Mike’s hot honey along with a Ceaser Salad (Romain lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese, chopped eggs, and house made Caesar dressing)
For the granddaughter, we ordered a kids meal chicken strips (3) & fries.

FIVE STARS. This place has excellent customer service! We originally ordered from doordash and our dasher forgot the salads at the restaurant. I called the restaurant about what happened and Patty was so sweet and helpful. She said the General Manager had the rest of our order and is on his way to deliver it. A short while later, GM arrives and hand-delivers the rest of our food. He didn’t have to do that- it wasn’t his fault, but he did anyway. We are so happy we have the rest of our order and the food as always, is delicious!

Retro dinner, with booths and cool lights. Food was okay, the burgers were decent but not amazing. Meal was very filling though with large portions, and the onion rings were great.

This is a great family friendly place that has healthy meal options for the whole family. Food is made fresh to order and is prepared fresh every day. The Soup is made daily and it's fantastic! Highly recommend 👌

This was great. We used to love to go to EZ's long ago in the Dallas area, but they all closed long ago. We were excited to go to one in SA and were quite pleased with the menu and what we had!
