It was the best artisan ice cream I’ve tried. Coco Chanel, express yo self and the breakfast club are sooooo good.The owner is very kind and know what to offer . She let us try the cucumber agua Fresca and the ginger shot ! Omg superb!Love the place !!

*Please take with a grain of salt because I fully recognize that we came at a very busy time and that they appeared understaffed. If this is not the typical experience here, please disregard.*We came during an event where there was a market outside. It appeared there were only 3 people working, one at the register/ice cream bar and one in each of the kitchens.It took 60+ minutes for one customer to get served and they were visibly in tears and shared that they had been forgotten. It took 3 reminders at the front for them to get their food. Unsure if the order was correct, as they looked confused when they checked the box.My husband was also waiting 45+ minutes for a milkshake he never received. He inquired about it twice and was told "oh we'll make it soon". After the second inquiry, he walked out. I received my rolled ice cream though, which was decent.Just as a note, not sure where the all glass exterior photo was, because it was not at this establishment.Overall, it sounds like their service is normally better so I am hoping this was a one time/rare occurrence.

100% honesty...Ice Cream is good and when I order it, I will usually do it through Uber Eats, however, Uber Eats was turned off yesterday so I took my son to grab some. When I got there, the cashier looked like she was going to have a nervous breakdown because they were slightly busy. I ordered three ice creams, and she said it was going to be just a bit. No problem, we sat down and waited. After about 10 minutes the two of the ice creams came out. I told my son to eat his while we waited for the last one. 20 minutes went by and I went up and asked how much longer would it be for the third ice cream to come out. Cashier asked to give her two minutes which I said sure. Another 5 minutes went by, and by this time, the other ice cream I was going to take home to my other son had completely melted. It was basically ice cream soup. I went to the cashier stand again and waited for help. The other person behind the stand didn't stop to help at all. The cashier came out of their side closet and saw me and tried to walk away until I yelled ma'am loudly at her. I told her that if the ice cream wasn't ready I just wanted my money back for my ice cream and the soup that had formed. Cashier did not apologize, snapped at me when I gave her soup back, declaring that I didn't need to throw it away, I could eat it. I told her, why would I eat melted ice cream? Is that what they sell here? It is unfortunate, this place could be amazing if it was managed better.

They dont follow a consistant schedule have taken my gr daughter 2x she loooves this place and they werent open like they shoulda been and its a little pricey.

Showed up and tried to order but Vietnamese people in here don’t know English and can’t communicate at all. Finally we made them understand what we wanted then took our money and called someone else to try and come make our ice cream we finally had to leave without anything after 30 minutes.
Very nice service. Foods are good and organic. Loved how the rice is prepared

Our first time trying Rolled Ice Cream. I was not disappointed with my choices. I got a KitKat shake, Oreo and fruity pebbles rolled ice cream. Small place they also have food options like fried rice, egg rolls and other plates. As we were enjoying our ice we received a complimentary Cinnamon Tea. It was very sweet and hot and oddly it paired with the ice cream.

Hey, I was just wondering what I did to upset you or what was going through your head when you thought it was ok to charge me $10 for this.. Immediate food poisoning following this lunchable size "Lox sandwich." Please stop overcharging and poisoning our community with this trash. The picture of the nice looking sandwich is what we were expecting because of the picture posted inside; the deflated bread with a sliver of mystery meat was what we received. Ewwwuh. Gross. ?don't waste your $$$ here?

The chocolate covered strawberry rolled ice cream was so good!
I wanted and watermelon agua Fresca but they sold out, so I got pineapple and the owner recommended it with cucumber. Best I ever had !
I also got some kimchi to take home.
My only complaint was the crazy amount of ice in the Agua Fresca.
