The lo mein is spaghetti and lacks flavor...the meat is hard and tastes old.. the price is not reasonable and the staff I had was not great. I would not advise eating here.

Horrible Horrible Horrible food. Did not taste good at all. Asked for refund and the guy got all upset and said they don't do refunds. Ended up throwing away the food in the trash.

This was disgusting, and a waste of $13. My fiancés food was terrible, never again. The server spilled food on the counter scooped it up and then served it to us. Absolutely

Famous Wok is my "go-to" for quick and easy Chinese takeout. I've been using this place for years for game night, movie night, or any other occasion when you just need some Chinese food. The sesame chicken and general Taos are my favorite, but you won't go wrong with the Bourbon Chicken or Orange Chicken either. I usually just cook my own rice and vegetables at home, but their veggies always seem fresh. This location is in the Ingram Mall. There's plenty of room to eat inside the food court. However, if you just want to pick it up to go, you can park on the Ingram Road side food court entrance, and you'll be in and out of there in five minutes.

Located in food court at Ingram Park Mall. Not sure why the ratings are low because I've been multiple times because it's sooooo good. I order the lemon chicken, vegetables, and fried rice. Always a thumbs up. The workers are friendly and always give enough of the items ordered. The eggrolls can be a hit or miss probably because the first time I tried one it was dried out and haven't gotten one since. Everything else leaves my stomach full and happy.

Y'all hired some thieves one skater dude and his addict brother. Be careful they steal from the drawers alot and smoke a bunch around the food. This dude especially.Y'all want to stop hemmoraging funds and make a profit? Fire this loser and his brother.

Absolutely the worst service experience. I ordered noodles, veggies and chicken. I didn’t think I’d have to watch what was put on my plate. I paid, sat down immediately went back because I was given rice. I spoke to the self proclaimed manager “Raul” who refused to give me his last name. Refused to fix the order, and refused to give me a refund because “trust me you said rice” so apparently I didn’t know what I wanted to eat. I left the food. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and rude over $12. You need some training in the customer service and food industry Raul. Do better or you won’t be successful in the industry.
