Customer appreciation and service was not existent. Nothing more can truly be said when the basis of customer service starting from a reluctant greeting by the hostess to a lack of concern to address needs to even try to make your customers comfortable. It had been a year or two since passing through and stopping. My experiences had always been great but this past Sunday was so bad I would not dare return. There are many places to get the same food and to spend my money and had it not been storming bad and with 5 hungry teen girls not wanting to get their hair wet I would have left. With as many staff present that we saw I truly cannot understand the complete failure other than just this is normal practice to give so little concern for your customers. The food was fine nothing extraordinary but as a party of 6 we had 3 served their meals then 6 minutes later 1 more given theirs and another 5 minutes before the last two recieved their food made an odd uncomfortable dinner. Which was all in addition to the rude greet and ignore.

I start by saying the man who was my cashier on August 13, 2025 at 4:00pm was very cool, and really great. Hope he sees this. I see his name on the receipt is Jomar.
The food was surprisingly good for this to be a truck stop italian restaurant. I really enjoyed it!

I don’t have anything negative to say about this place. My family and only one other guest was there, connected to a convenience store. Connie was amazing and very helpful she also recommended dishes and made sure we were good. Food came out quick and the endless breadsticks were delicious. Food came out hot and a good portion, pizza was tasty and good crust. Side salad was fresh. Will post pics if I find them.
We were SO EXCITED to run across this while traveling! The Fazolis in our area closed down years ago. This location was very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly!

Getting ready for a 5-hour road trip so we stop for a warm lunch. Gregory do with a smile and serve pretty fast. Two orders of meet ravioli and went down well between the two of us and we were on our way. The food is delicious the service was fast and we thank you for being there.
