Love coming here to eat when I travel from Seguin to San Antonio! It's always a must because of the bread sticks. Lol It's like a fast food version of Olive Garden, but cheaper, and the bread sticks are amazing!

Terrific food and friendly cashier today, but because this Fazoli's in owned by TA, it's significantly higher priced than a freestanding one somewhere else around San Anotnio.... thus the four-star rating.
Being a truck driver, they know I'm a but of a captive audience, but even Pilot truck stop-owned restaurants aren't nearly as high in comparison.
As I said, however, great experience otherwise.

Has been several years since I ate at fazoli's last. The food was as good as I remember. Very good for a fast food Italian place. The service was decent. The atmosphere was pretty much what you would expect for being in a truck stop in a fast food environment. Compared to the other options that a lot of truck stops have for fast food it was a nice change of pace

It's bad enough that they close at 9, but today they didn't even make it that far. They had the entrance to the restaurant blocked off by 10 til if not earlier. I don't like coming in at the last minute, but sometimes that's how life goes. I tried to order ahead online to make it easier on the staff, but this location doesn't even exist on the company website that this very Google Maps listing links to.

Customer appreciation and service was not existent. Nothing more can truly be said when the basis of customer service starting from a reluctant greeting by the hostess to a lack of concern to address needs to even try to make your customers comfortable. It had been a year or two since passing through and stopping. My experiences had always been great but this past Sunday was so bad I would not dare return. There are many places to get the same food and to spend my money and had it not been storming bad and with 5 hungry teen girls not wanting to get their hair wet I would have left. With as many staff present that we saw I truly cannot understand the complete failure other than just this is normal practice to give so little concern for your customers. The food was fine nothing extraordinary but as a party of 6 we had 3 served their meals then 6 minutes later 1 more given theirs and another 5 minutes before the last two recieved their food made an odd uncomfortable dinner. Which was all in addition to the rude greet and ignore.
