Do NOT sleep on this little West Side gem!
Fiesta Bakery is hands down one of the BEST bakeries in San Antonio.
Before anything else, let’s talk about the tortillas! These bakery-made tortillas are heaven from the very first bite. Soft and impossibly tender, they carry that fresh-off-the-comal aroma at home with just the right balance of chew and fluff. Lightly toasty, rich without being heavy, and flexible enough to cradle any taco filling—or honestly, perfect on their own with butter. These are the kind of tortillas that permanently ruin store-bought.
Fiesta Bakery also delivers a beautiful spread of traditional Mexican pan dulce. Perfectly fresh-baked cookies that melt in your mouth from the first bite, fluffy, cloud-like doughnuts, and standout empanadas—especially the pumpkin and pineapple.
The pumpkin empanadas are warm and comforting, filled with spiced pumpkin and wrapped in delicate, tender bread that features subtle notes of anise, beautifully balanced and never overpowering. The pineapple empanadas are bright and fruity, bursting with sweet-tart pineapple and encased in soft, golden pastry that lets the filling shine.
And then there’s the iconic pink cake—soft, ultra-moist vanilla layers stacked with fluffy frosting and coated in bright, bold, eye-catching pink icing that’s nostalgic. Sweet, celebratory, and instantly recognizable, it’s a San Antonio classic for a reason.
This is pan dulce West Side pride baking at its finest!

It's a great place to get great snacks. I won't lie it's a bit pricey but it's definitely worth it. The only complain I have is it's closed on Mondays. Otherwise I give them a perfect score all around. No complaints here.

I love this Bakery and I drive 13 miles to get there
Not far,but there are other bakeries closer.
Disappointed after going there yesterday, and brought several pieces, and getting home to see they chose to give me several quite stale ones. They had been closed the day before and I guess they wanted to use the older pieces.
I trusted them not to do that after I saw the lady carefully choosing the pieces.
Should have checked in the parking lot, because I would have taken it right back inside.
Poor service and quality..
Best pan dulce in San Antonio, fresh and made from scratch.

Old style bakery
We are regulars at Fiesta Bakery, and I just noticed I had not rated them. Fiesta Bakery is the real deal westside panadaria. Parking is tough, but the cookies and pastries are worth it. Great prices always good service.
Give Fiesta Bakery a try, and you won't be disappointed.
