Firehouse Subs City Base West

After having lunch, made comments to the manager that my sandwich meat was tough and it was the first time I had that experience with firehouse subs. He pretty much blew me off. Later that day I left work early with stomach pains. After making my complaint with corporate, still have not been contacted to inquire about my poor dinning experience.

Subs are so fresh and so good! I was only able to take picture of half my sub because I forgot and my husband went to town on his before I had a chance for a picture. seriously pay them more or something these girls seem like they hate their job lol made me feel awkward at first zero response to me saying hello and more talking than working. talk and work it’s not that hard

You could tell the girls were being forced to clean, but I appreciate the manager requiring it. I tried a sandwich I'd never had before, I wasn't crazy about it. The New York Steamer was my favorite even during chemo when nothing tasted good. But the Engineer made me sick for a few days. No, I don't think there was really anything wrong with it except maybe the chicken was stored in too much water and gave it an odd taste. I won't be getting that again, but I'll always go back for my steamer?

Can’t speak for the store itself as I ordered Uber. But I can speak for the sandwiches, and they were incredible. Not normally a fan of toasted/warmed lunch meats. But Firehouse does it right. Will definitely order again. 10/10

Staff is very rude with eye rolling and (when asked if they’re going to make more unsweetened tea) caught an attitude about it . You want to be tipped but are very rude . Then my disabled mother said (thank you to them) and nothing back in return. Very rude and disrespectful staff.

Vegetarian sandwich is terrible. Bread is terrible. Do not recommend.

Vegetarian options: Terrible basic option. Unseasoned and limp basic veggies.

The food was outstanding and staff was friendly I'll be back for Shure
