I'm a Jersey mikes girl, I've been loyal to them for years but my husband finally convinced me to try firehouse and I'm so glad he did. All of our sandwiches were hot, soft bread, gooey cheese. The meats were definitely at a higher quality than what you would get cheap at the grocery store. Only complaint: I do not like their roast beef, especially compared to Jersey mikes, but that doesn't even really matter because everything else was delicious. That honey ham on the hero... bless. It MADE the sandwich and whatever you get, always add the caramelized onions. I could eat a bucket of those myself.

Was given wrong sandwich so I returned it i went back and sat down, 20 minutes later I go check and they never made ticket for sandwich I ordered. BAD SERVICE

This location is mask mandatory but u can serve your own drinks and grab your own chips. The clerk touched my phone to use rewards and didn't even sanitize it lol. What are we doing here firehouse. Other locations much better.

Clean restaurant, convenient location and basic customer service. Took 10 minutes to make my Philly sub with two customers ahead of me. I was very disappointed with the amount of meat on my Philly cheesesteak, there was half a handful of meat on my medium size sub. I'm still hungry....

I placed my order online and I get there at the time requested. I ended up waiting 30 more minutes. The food is amazingly good but the service sucks.

My first time at this location. I ordered a Large on white Sweet and Spicy meatball sub. I get the sub and it has NO Sauce!!!! Every Firehouse I been to ordering the same sandwich always had sauce. It had no sauce and barely any pepper flakes on it. They served it with a tiny side of hot sauce. The sandwich was dry without the sauce.

After being on hold on the phone for 20 minutes the person working there hangs up on me. When I arrived and told her what happened instead apologizing she says that she forgot I was on hold so she hung. then she continued to be rude and not wanting to look at me in the face as I was placing my order even when she was addressing me she kept looking to the side I couldn’t even hear her because she was looking the other way. That is not a way of treating customers!! A simple sincere apology would have made a completely different review.

Don't go to this San Antonio location (Firehouse military crossing off of 410) I had to give the order three times and she still didn't get it right. Then when I returned it, she didn't apologize for making it wrong instead started arguing with me even though she didn't make it correctly. Bad attitude and not someone who should be working with the public.

So originally I wasn’t going to review because I felt at the time perhaps I was over reacting but the issue has persisted in troubling me. My wife and I have been patrons for this location since it’s opening. However in early January we stopped by to pick up our order. It was relatively busy but we noticed that the individual whom was making sandwiches and working orders, named Chris, was not wearing his mask while preparing food. My wife and I decided we were not comfortable, I told Chris that I would like a refund and reminded him that he was not wear his mask. I do not know if he simply forgot but now we have decided to not take any more chances. We unfortunately no longer feel comfortable being customers to Firehouse Subs, especially this location.
