I got the medium Turkey Bacon Ranch sub with white bread. This is my favorite sub to get and its always delicious. The service is always good when I come here.

Firehouse Subs was originally a family business and still feels relatively homey. I like submarine sandwiches and get a very nice deal on my T-Mobile Tues app for 2 for one Hook and Ladder sandwiches. If you like a couple of nice Subs at 2 for one and you have T-Mobile, I recommend this deal.
Just save the deal in the T-life app and install the Firehouse Sub app, copy the redeem now code and open the Firehouse Sub app and paste in the code. You do have to create a online order to get the deal but it's well worth the effort for the free sandwich!!!

I was in the bathroom and I heard someone was screaming and yelling and when I come out an employee was crying mad hard and the other employee said the owner was shouting at her that is very disrespectful to do to hard working employee. Every time I go there I always see the same people very positive and very kind for an owner to do that to someone is very disrespectful.

Every person behind the counter is amazing! They always greet me with a big smile! This is the only location I go to simply because they’re always consistent with my subs and not once I had issue with any if my modified orders. They have never missed anything. They’re simply on top of their orders, fast, and make delicious subs! Thank you!

Cashier was horrible. He kept staring at female workers when trying to order. We had to tell him 4 times what we wanted to order. My wife then asked for a bowl of meatballs instead of a sandwich and he mentioned that they never did that. She had to explain that they would charge her for a sandwich but would put the meatballs in a bowl instead. The manager had to step in to assist him and then told my wife that she had to pay for the sandwich. We both reiterated that we knew that but wanted the meatballs in a bowl to avoid wasting and tossing the bread.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, he later had no shame in publicly announcing that he had had no sleep.

It was obvious.

The restaurant was dirty with tabletops and seats.

Our bag handed to us had mayonnaise and grease stains all over.

Horrible service! Do not come to this store. Management seemed clueless as well.

If zeros stars was an option, this location would have received that!

The subs are delicious. I think Firehouse is overpriced for what you get. All of the subs should be a dollar or two cheaper. On a positive note, the gluten free sub roll is the best I've ever had. I love the hook and ladder and the meatball sub.

Omg I recommend this place the food is nice I’ve never been to a food place this organized I can say I have found my place to eat and there employees are down to earth. 5 stars to Ms. AZIZZAH and AISHA and Mr. Abdul they were so helpful down to earth. You’ll go there….

Disappointing Experience – Understaffed and Overwhelmed

Went there for my lunch break expecting a quick and decent meal, but I was seriously let down. There were only two employees working during the lunch rush, and it was absolute chaos. Orders were backed up, and both employees looked completely overwhelmed.

By the time I got my sandwich, it was sloppily made, barely had any of the ingredients I asked for, and was cold. I get that they were short-staffed, but that’s not an excuse for poor service and low-quality food. If this is how they regularly run things, I won’t be coming back. Avoid this place unless you have an unlimited amount of patience and don’t mind a subpar sandwich.
