This store's policy (as per the manager) is to not start making your to-go order until the "promise time" (or pickup time). Can you imagine such an asinine policy? "Don't make the order until they're here to pick it up."

Love eating here, yet this is my store location and I'm not comfortable ordering here.There's a Man that wears purple lipstick, always has attitude and Rolls his eyes as I place my order.I shouldn't have to deal with this from the cashier.Twice this has happened, after waiting in line patiently there's no Hello or greeting to me like he did the customers before.2nd time he stepped aside and whispered something in the line cooks ear while I was in the middle of my order. Then he walks away, I ask what's the problem and girl proceeds to give my some excuse.I as a Customer have stopped visiting this particular location because of this particular individual that makes me want to throw up upon seeing him acting girly, when he actually looks like Donkey Kong with purple lipstick.Fix it management, unhappy customer here.

I made an online order said it would be ready at 12:50 I place it at 12:40 when I arrived it hadn’t been made needles to say I walk out at 1:15. Employees are rude and didn’t even apologize for making me wait longer for one sandwich to be made.

nobody answered my 3 attempts to call to place an order, which is the only way I'll order because it takes 20 minutes to make a sandwich.
Taste the same as any other firehouse but the staff used to work at waffle house. Manager was yelling and arguing with employees in the in view of customers. Pretty off putting.

The skinny guy with the mask that was working evening register on 9/21 was probably the rudest person I’ve dealt with in a while, it’s like he was pissed I decided to eat there. His tone was all aggressive just kept shaking his head and mumbling under his breath. Then I guess he got even more mad when I didn’t tip him, f that guy. Everyone was extremely nice just sucks that the first person you talk to is the one that’s going to ruin your experience, he should have been sent home acting like that

Why is it’s so hard to clean your store? Does anybody care about their job anymore. Also you need to change your gloves after touching cash and then preparing my food. Just because you have gloves on doesn’t mean you don’t have to wash hands. Filthy floors and tables yet there was a guy who looked like he was pretending to mop.
