I'm not sure what's going on today, but the staff is jamming out with Vevo videos on the screen. The music playing is full of profanity, so just a heads up if that kind of thing offends you. Other than that, staff was fine and the food was good.

I made an order for delivery at 7:45 and it should have been delivered 20 mins later. The order kept getting delayd so I tried calling them to see if I should pick it up. I finally get a message an hour later when they are closing and they send me a notification that my order has been cancelled because they cant get a delivery driver to me. I live 5 minutes away. I would have picked up the order if I knew this was going to happen but they werent even picking up their calls after I made the order. Multiple calls. This was a waste of time. Why couldnt they pick up their calls? Why did the order get cancelled. Why was I notified 10 mins before they close that it was cancelled. This is ridiculous.

We have been visiting this same location for many years and always great food. It has always made me feel appreciated when asked if I qualify for any of their hero discounts, fire fighter, ems, police or military. I always reply, yes for military. After retiring from the Army for 22 years of being a medic, this place always made me feel good and proud for my service. Today was completely different and very disappointing. Today the young lady was very rude and was acting like I was attempting to cheat or do something bad, very upseting. Not sure if it's the entire franchise or just this location, they had added lots of signage at the counter stating this discount was for military while in uniform only. It's really sad, especially being here in San Antonio, military city USA. The vast majority of restaurants and retailers here have these discounts for all those who served and have proof of service. We will be eating here much less in the future.

This is my first time here. We had Nicole take our order. I didn't know what all came inside the particular sandwich I wanted, and she was sighing as if telling me what was all included was too much for her. If your job is to interact with customers, maybe put someone who's a little more friendly or at least smile. After ordering, my mom and niece both commented on her grinchlike attitude before I could mention it too. Just waiting for the food, hope that will be good.

I asked for a small steak sandwich with just onions and pepper nothing else, the put cheese in it. It was cold and gave me diarrhea ??

No welcome greeting when I came in to the store, stood at the counter for ages before someone acknowledged me. They had 3 staff working, the restaurant was dirty. I won’t be going back and do not recommend.
