The older lady that works here is awesome she has stellar customer service skills and was very helpful. The other two gentleman on the other hand were not helpful, gave me the wrong sandwich, and also gave no help to rectify the wrong order. Usually a great experience

Went to pick up sandwiches on Halloween. Tried the new garlic bread. Super super yummy!!! I was having a rough day with my teen daughter and the woman who rang us up was having a similar situation which led to the BEST conversation!!! Thank you for amazing sandwiches and such great workers and customer services!!! Much
My sandwich was absolutely delicious. I wanted the garlic bread they're advertising but it wasn't available. MAKE MORE GARLIC BREAD!!!

Ordered a Medium Hook & Ladder warm sandwich on Wheat Bread plus an Oatmeal Cookie. The bread was soft, not a huge size so I'd compare it to a Subway sandwich type style.Came with tomatoes, onions(I omitted), shredded lettuce, mayo, mustard & a pickle slice on the side.It's your typical fast food, convenient sandwich place so don't expect artisan bread like Dutch Crunch or Sourdough. They do have an optional Gluten Free bread. It was enough for me while on the run.I did smell a chemical smell & not sure if it's from the water that rinses veggies or from a countertop that was cleaned? They use paper bags & compostable containers so not sure if it transferred? Veggies tasted fine, just my nose smelled it.

The pork slaw sandwich is my favorite sandwich here. I first tried it years ago in Georgia. I to was a limited menu item. I was surprised to see it in the menu again. I love it that much. The store is clean and it wasn't busy at all that day (a Friday afternoon). The person who took my order was polite and professional. The guy who gave me my sandwich kind of just called my name and threw it on the counter so engrossed in his conversation. I'm not going to make a big deal about that. Aside from that, as long as they have this sandwich I'll be back. If it's a limited item, well...I'll see you when it returns.

Ordered Firehouse today 10/6/23 through Uber Eats and although the food was good, I have to make you aware that the food was not properly sealed for safety. It makes me uneasy knowing an unknown person may have the potential to touch or mess with my food. What happened to properly sealing food for delivery?
