Unlike most fast food places in San Antonio this Firehouse Subs made me feel welcome and didn’t rush my order by repeatedly asking me, “anything else” every 5 seconds as I try to order.

I was surprised when I saw the sandwich I bought to satisfy my hunger. OMG!! Really, a lil sandwich quarter of a half? The sandwich was nothing else but a slider sandwich, one bite only. Might as well call it, sliders. Dear God! What the hell was that? They actually gave me a 1/4 of a 1/2 of a sandwich for almost $8. Ridiculous! If I was a heavy weight person, I would've just swallow that thing in one bite. That lil piece, didn't even give you the leizure to just enjoy it. Anyways, please, for that price, I can get a whole meal at HEB around the corner. Terrible

I went to this location to pick up an online order. They told me they were preparing the order. There were two people inside waiting for their orders, and then two more people arrived after me. They gave everyone their orders. After everyone left, they asked me about my order again, and then they took it from somewhere in the back and brought it to me. I waited about 15 minutes, but actually, the order was ready at 5:38, and they gave it to me at 5:54.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! My wife and son got extreme food poisoning.

We love firehouse sub especially the Potranco in 1604 location. They always get our orders right and always are up in a good meat and friendly to us. And the food is always on point.

Customer service has really gone downhill these days. The young lady at the register just stared at us without any greeting at all, then was snarky with her replies. The food is great, but kids these days just don’t understand how to be social anymore.
