I was the only person waiting on a sandwich and it took more than 10 minutes to make my food and there were 5 employees behind the counter. Makes no sense.

Tried ordering a meatball sub delivered from this location. They handed the driver some random order that had been sitting there for an hour. Is it too much to ask that you people pay attention to what you're doing?

No reason for it to ever take 20+ minutes to make a sandwhich. Hire employees that know what they are doing.

I’ve been coming here for years and always received a Veterans Discount. Now they only give a military discount if you are in uniform!
I salute ALL are active duty soldiers But the Veterans should not be forgotten!!

I told the cashier no mushrooms in my sub and my sub came with mushrooms. Not sure if it’s the cooks fault or hers, I’m extremely disappointed.

First time ordering and I placed and online order through the app. I ordered the thanksgiving turkey sub and it was excellent. The bread was soft, the turkey was tasty, the stuffing was also tasty and the cranberry sauce on the sandwich tied it all together.

Never had an issue at firehouse subs before but unfortunately at this location an older employee was extremely rude and refused to look at the app for the rewards we had. Ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Went to a different location with no issues but this location will not return to.

I was doing Uber eats and I got there at 945 and the store was completely closed down. Tbh cost me money and they cost me time I can’t get back which anyone who does Uber eats knows that matters. How are you going to close over 15 minutes early when you know there was a delivery driver coming? I would never order from here or accept any orders if that is what you do as well.

Honestly think the attitude of this place needs to be adjusted. Doesnt mean you just say welcome to firehouse everything is good. Just the people are very rude and not courteous towards their own coworkers, delivery drivers and anyone around them. Looks like the hate working there

The atmosphere was great clean the staff were extremely nice and the food was so good I got the turkey bacon ranch it was delicious
