Thanks for leading to an absolute crash out, because you couldn’t remember to put the au jus in the bag.

Placed an order for my husband to go pick up, and I shouldn’t have trusted him to double check that the au jus was in the bag. After a long, HORRIBLE day all I wanted was my French Dip WITH au jus. Now I just have a dry sandwich, and now I’m crying because this is just the last straw in a long list today. Really ruined my day, and unless I want to go drive for 30 minutes to go get my au jus, I guess I have to eat this sandwich and just be unhappy. Lovely. Thanks so much for ruining my entire day.

This place closes whenever they feel like it. I came at 8pm several days already and the employees were just socializing inside with the doors locked.

The manager Raymond is so rude and they will refuse to help you if you order from Uber eats or Doordash. They blame the customer for their mistakes.

I had and online order to pick up and I felt completely disregarded. I stood in the lobby for 8 minutes with out being acknowledged. They were all making food, so after I stood by the online order area with out acknowledgment, I stood closer to the cash register. I figured my order wasn’t ready. I stood in three different spots. After another customer came in and was helped, I asked why I was skipped. My order had been ready the whole time. One associate told me she couldn’t see me behind the pile of stuff on their counters. The manager let me know he had seen me standing there. The only reason he gave me for not acknowledging my presence was that he saw me looking at the tv. The store felt cluttered and my business didn’t feel appreciated. I have been going to this location since it opened and it isn’t the same. I won’t be back
