Firehouse Subs South Park Commons

We ordered 2 salads today and 2 drinks. The salads were excellently prepared with extra veggies that were requested! The peppercorn ranch dressing is the best ranch I have ever tasted. And at 58, I have had a lot of dressing. I also enjoy the drink dispenser and the large selection of choices available. The competition may have more types of breads to choose from but Fire's salads and subs are at the top. Thanks guys!

First time trying the subs here. The greeting was mid, aggressive tapping and rushed when I was ordering. Maybe cause I came in at 11 when they just opened but solid sandwich but wish I had a better greeting and order taking 4/19 older gentlemen with glasses ?

I come here at least twice a week. They greet you when you come in, make a fantastic sandwich and fix any problem immediately if one arises.These guys run a tight ship.

I hope someone one from corporate or higher up see’s this review…. The night manager I believe her name is “Alice” has the attitude of someone who does not want to do her job or take care of its customers or in this case ride share drivers…. I came in at 830 to pick up an online order for Uber and as soon as I walked through the door she says “if you are here to pick up an order we don’t have it” before I could even say anything…. Then I proceeded to tell here the name of the order and she said “yes that one” she said that she has not received any orders from Uber since 8 o’clock at all and that she cannot make the order cause she won’t get paid…. I told her if I don’t pick up this order I won’t get paid and she shrugged her shoulders like she didn’t care and proceeded to keep cleaning mind you they don’t close till 9pm but they are cleaning as if they close in 5 minutes and she had this “I’m done working for the day attitude” so then I say I’ll just call Uber and see what can be done and she says just call then to cancel it…. I’m trying to get paid I’m not just trying NOT to work…. So I call and speak to an agent and the agent Informs me that she is going to try and get them to manually input the order so I can pay for it and I tell the manager they are going to call her phone and she shrugs at me again…. Her phone rings and the agent tells her about manually doing the order and the manager says she won’t do it and that’s it and hangs up…. So I get screwed out of a trip… so Kevin “she said he was the manager above her” something needs to be done about employees that don’t feel like they need to do their job correctly cause this is unacceptable and very unprofessional especially coming from management….
