Ordered a pizza tonight 01-06-2019 at around 8:10-8:20 through door dash for my friend that lives across town, she was hungry so I figured I would send her something to eat. I have visited this place many times and know they have good food and friendly employees but tonight was a disappointment to say the least. My friend sent me pics of the pizza, it was completely burnt and not edible. I think the employees were just in a hurry to leave for the day. I ordered it with a balsamic vinegar drizzle so I know the employee saw how burnt that pizza was and probably just said oh well!! I tried calling starting at 8:50 pm but no answer. Pics below.

My first time here. Pizza was really good not salty or greasy at all. They had a really good special, two medium two topping pizza's for $21.00 not bad at all.

Great tasting pizza. The proteins on the pizza were actually visible versus some places we have eaten. Great option to have a beer with pizza. 2 large 2 toppings for $20.99 was a great value. Fairly laid back vibe.

We ordered through Grubhub for delivery. It was quick. The food was great. Loved the cheesy bread. All pizza it should be graded on how well it heats up for breakfast the next day and theirs is not disappointing. The only draw back was with the website, it was difficult to specialize orders. Like with our 4 topping we wanted double pepperoni. We had to just make a different selection. Looking forward to ordering it again though!

Ordered from Gurbhub the first time around and it was really good. My boyfriend is kind of a "food snob" and even he was happy about it. Came again tonight in person and the staff was very friendly and showed up alll the restaurant has to offer and special beer deals the have during the week.

I have visited this establishment on several occasions and today will mark my last. They changed the way you order the pizza which in my opinion is the reason it is horribly slow. Instead of the "Urban Brick" cafeteria style ordering you go to the front and order and then the system completely falls apart. Today I went in with my wife and 18 month old. We ordered a 14 inch cheese pizza and a 10 inch build your own. For starters we could see that several other people sitting at the tables had been waiting a while. 44 minutes passed from the time I ordered and all We received was a 10 inch pizza. My daughter had several meltdowns and when I asked where my pizza was I got a stunned look. There is no excuse to wait this long for pizza. This place has not had their act together since its opened. Save yourself the time and money (this place isnt cheap). We'll drive clear across town to get 1000 Degrees or Urban Bricks from now on. This place should take a page out of their playbook.

Ordered this on Yelp (fulfilled by GrubHub) for a lunchtime play date with an old friend and her adorable 2-year old because what easier meal is there to choose for a little person than pizza? I picked up a 10" Carne, a.k.a. "Meat Lover's", and a couple iced teas for a total of about $15. Not too bad of a price, although the quality of my meal makes it worth a lot less. I can see that they really tried to go with fresher ingredients, such as the pizza sauce, and baked in a masonry/"brick" oven, so at first glance it's a wonderful thing. But the sauce was oh so bland... I mean, really bland. There was little to no seasoning. The pizza pie/crust was good, and they didn't go overboard with toppings. But the sauce... It really made it a 'meh' pizza. The drinks were probably a mistake but one that some will take seriously, especially being here in Texas. I went up to the fountain drink stand where the iced tea dispensers were. One read "Sweetened" and the other "Unsweetened". I of course chose the sweetened tea. I drove off and was halfway to my friend's house when I took a swig of my tea... It was unsweetened. So they either mixed up the batch or both were unsweetened. Either way, I was disappointed that I had to be all healthy and crap about my tea. The restaurant has a nice, recently finished interior with a high roof and industrial style. The dining area is spacious, but could probably use a couple large tables for large groups. They also had a nice outside patio. Several TVs could be spotted both inside and outside. Great, polite customer service from the staff.

I came here during a break from shopping. Pizza crust was good, a little thicker than I like. The toppings were fresh and delicious. Self serve type of restaurant, you order at the counter, pour your own drink and they deliver the pizza to your table.

If you're looking for a fresh, hot, tasty pizza...then Firenza is what your looking for! This is definitely my new favorite pizza joint! My son enjoys coming here after school and is constantly asking to go back to the Firenza pizza shop! The pizza is made in front of you, with fresh ingredients, so you can actually see your masterpiece made. My son really enjoys that part!!! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. For my military sisters/brothers, they have Military Monday's

Great, decent sized family pizza joint in Alamo Ranch area. Friendly staff. Military discount. GRUBHUB if you like. Great menu with fresh ingredients. :) We'll be back! Note: Military Mondays...11-3...10in pie w/drink...$5.99

The pizza is absolutely delicious!! The staff is extremely friendly and are give off the most positive vibes as soon as you walk in! The pizza is ALWAYS freshly made! The price is really reasonable in comparison to other “build your own” pizza restaurants. Speed of service is sufficiently fast. I literally go here every week! Love this place!

My wife and I visited this pizza restaurant for the first time today, 05/23/2018 around 8:20 PM. Very POOR customer service. We were greeted upon entry by the manager, but things quickly got out of hand. First, the manager was very impatient with my wife when she was making her topping selections. He kept saying, "okay what else" every time she provided a topping in a very impatient and rushed tone of voice. Since she ordered first before me, the manager immediately assumed she was by herself and attempted to ring up her order without realizing or even asking if we were together. For my order (Josh): a different employee lady helped assemble my pizza. She was VERY friendly and patient while waiting for me to figure out which toppings I wanted. I then announced that I wanted to also order the cheesy breadsticks. Upon check out at the register, my wife and I both told the employees the order would be "to-go". Then the female employee (the only woman that was working this evening), was having trouble running my debit card. So the manager walks over and belittles this lady employee in front of us saying she didn't know what she was doing. He takes over the register and runs my card successfully. My wife and I sat down to wait for our order to be done. The manager sometime later brings my wife's pizza to us but it's not in a box (since we told them it was "to-go"). So the manager takes pizza back to box it up. He then brings back my wife's pizza (now boxed up) and my pizza (also boxed) and says have a good day. I notice that our cheesy breadsticks are not included. I then mention this to the manager, who says "you didn't order breadsticks", he then grabs my receipt and looks at it and realizes that I had in fact ordered these breadsticks because it was charged and was shown on the receipt! So manager says "I got you" and walks away. By this time, my wife and I are both dumbfounded about everything that has transpired within 10 mins of walking in the door to ordering our food. I finally get my breadsticks shortly thereafter. My wife summed up our poor experience in two words: rude and impatient. That's exactly what our first experience to this restaurant was. The manager is to blame! He was very impatient with my wife when she was selecting her pizza toppings and then he was rude when I noticed our breadsticks weren't given to us by saying we didn't order them. This is a poorly run operation. I'm not sure who hired this particular manager but he needs to be sent to a customer service class or have a one-on-one coaching opportunity with a superior. His level of service was inexcusable. We just couldn't believe how impatient he was and this was our FIRST visit to this pizza joint. I plan to call tomorrow and see if I can talk to a higher manager about this guy, and see if I can take this complaint to corporate or something. I haven't even gotten to talk about the pizza quality and taste because they were delicious! My wife and I kept saying the food was yummy as we ate it all back home. It sucks that I have to leave this bad of a review just because of bad customer service.

We have been to this restaurant several times now. I have waited to write a review to get the full experience. This place is amazing. The food is excellent but the service is where this place shines. We have been pampered and treated with nothing but the utmost respect by all of the employees. Very happy and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Had a wonderful lunch the other day. Little did I know it was enough for dinner too. This is first rate pizza. You can tell they only use fresh ingredients. I had the Monterey pizza. So yummy!
