I decided to do this review as a Uber Eats driver. I have not accepted deliveries from this place for months now, so most likely the problem I encountered was fixed. I do feel like the management has most like stayed the same. I had a Uber Eats order from here, and it was 2 drinks with food. The drinks were inside the bag, and sealed. Which means I cant open it to put it in the cup holder on my car. It ended up spilling on the way to the house. At first I thought it was potentially my fault for driving fast, and decided to return to get replacements. Once I arrived back I decided to take look inside the bag, and notice the cup holders were extremely thin. Which I realized it was poor packaging on their end. I explained the problem to them, and they gave me replacements. Then after accepting another order from then couple days later. I was told by an employee that she isn't supposed give me the order, because of the last incident. Then a lady (which I am assuming is the management) told her it's okay to give me the food. It felt like they were blaming me for the incident. When it was all due to poor packaging on their end. Mcdonalds puts their drinks in a bag, and their packaging is so good that the drinks never spill. Again the problem involving drinks is most likely solved by this point, but I feel management has stayed the same. So I thought I will give my review on what I felt was poor customer experience from there.

Just average. Our food was cold and tasteless. Service was acceptable.

My son and I really enjoyed the First Watch location at Westpointe off of Hwy 151. From being greeted, to our wonderful waitress Ms. Amy to the checkout attendant...the experience was a 10. Amy was very pleasant, attentive and genuinely cared to make our experience a good one. 2 thumbs up team First Watch...you've set the bar high here.We will be coming back most certainly.

A friend and I brunches here this past week…& we were not disappointed! We started with a pitcher of their Blackberry Bramble Sangria, which definitely was tasty. She ordered their Floridian French Toast, while I went with The Works Omelette. I subbed breakfast potatoes for the side salad, per the recommendation of our waiter. Overall - everything was delicious. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her meal…and mine was equally yummy. My only gripe about the omelette would be that instead of cooking the ingredients IN the eggs, they cooked the eggs flat, laid the ingredients on top…& then folded the eggs over…so the ingredients were sandwiched in. Still delicious, just odd that they weren’t cooked into the eggs…which is how I’ve always had omelettes. The spot was nice, and the atmosphere was cheery. It was a bit small than I expected, and we were a bit crowded. The host and hostess were very nice…and so was our waiter. However - he did seem to rush us a bit - whether it was ordering or paying - he just always seemed to be a tad bit impatient. But - it was brunch time. So maybe he was just busy.Either way - I’ll definitely be back! Definitely a great experience!☺️

With over an hour wait during potentially peak times, the food/service is not worth it. While waiting we witnessed two parties be seated before us, we know we checked in prior to them because we stood adjacent to the door and heard them comment on the lengthy wait time after checking in.Our server was prompt and polite, very attentive. The food was bland and not properly cooked or prepared, watery eggs, incorrect ingredients within the omelets and stale bread. Portions for the price was not a positive quality or value ratio. The physical layout/atmosphere was loud, crowded, waiters kept bumping into our chairs and table to squeeze between tables. We could not hear each other speak across a very small narrow table. When we paid and checked out with the cashier she inquired about our experience, to which I responded "ehhh it was alright". The normal response to a patron would be to inquire about what was wrong or how to improve, but nope, scilence and no eye contact. They will not receive our money again. People should not tolerate poor quality services or products, vote with your dollar.

Anyone who has been to First Watch before knows how awesome it is. We went based on recommendation as well. It does not disappoint! The food is wonderful ?. We had the Lemon Riccota pancakes and The Works omelet. Yum, yum, yum! The Lavender lemonade is very popular as well (it's a beautiful purple drink). Service was great, very prompt, and professional. Be sure to get there early, or expect to wait an hour or more. We went to this location while we were visiting San Antonio, and definitely will be going back to a location closer to home.

If you want to wait 30 minutes for a glass of juice, come here. If you want to order poached eggs but get cooked ones instead, come here. If you want seasoned potatoes that are still raw and slimy, give them back to the waiter and have them still charge you for them, come here. If you want a Belgium waffle that is so cold, it freezes the butter more when you try to spread it, then come here. The only thing these guys got right was my crispy bacon. If you don't believe me, check the pics I added. On the positive side, the waiter was very nice, kind and attended to us. He should've removed those cold uncooked potatoes off my receipt but maybe he's not allowed. Which is fine, I won't blame him. For sure, these guys need better cooks (hire Mexican cooks), and some more staff especially when you know it's a Saturday morning and sunny. Shame on you scheduling manager.
