I came with my family and was instantly greeted and seated. I made eye contact with the waiter in our section on the way to our seats and that was the end of our customer service experience. My family and I sat for close to fifteen minutes before we decided to leave.
The waitress entered and left our section two times without acknowledging us. The two occasions she did enter out section, she asked the only other group in the section if they needed anything, and the second time to take away used/dirty dishes.
Not sure what we did to be neglected and left unserved, but this left a negative lasting image of First Watch for my family and I. The conversation I had to have with my kids will be a lasting core memory, I'm sure.

Visited the location on Thousand Oaks on Christmas Eve and had a really pleasurable experience. Our waiter Rafael, was super nice, friendly and took care of us promptly. The manager Edgar, came by and introduced himself and was also very nice. Received the food promptly, it tasted delicious, and the atmosphere and vibe was spot on. Will definitely return and thanks once again to Rafael and Edgar.
