I am a former employee of First Watch in AZ. Knowing the food quality is one of the reasons I indulged on a $75 DoorDash order. Not all items were delivered unfortunately. I paid $7 for an order of bacon that wasn’t delivered. I called the store multiple times with no answer. Fortunately door dash refunded the side of bacon with a credit. It’s just very frustrating to spend so much money on a delivery to be disappointed with something that should have been delivered. Managers, please check up with your take out employees and have them check off with a sharpie on the ToGo receipts per item packed for delivery.

This place is extremely dirty and gross. Ceiling tiles sagging down with moisture and stains. HVAC return grills almost blocked because they are so dirty. Tables, walls and floor extremely grimy. Hostess stand so grimy you can write words in it. In addition, my wife said there was a homeless person in the women’s restroom wiping things on the floor. We ended up leaving and paying for our drinks and canceling the food order. When front desk was approached about concerns the guy didn’t even care.

We got a very attentive young man that kept checking on us frequently. Food was delicious as always. Multigrain blueberry pancake was enough with some good ☕️.

The pancakes were huge… love that… those were my friends so I decided to order some to go for me and the one I got wasn’t the same size ? a bit disappointed. ( I guess maybe the reasoning was couldn’t fit in to go container) fold mine in half ?My fruit was good and the biscuit & gravy was good. Breakfast potatoes were alittle burnt. Will come and try again.

I recently Came here for a family breakfast and the service was quick and efficient. Everyone had a smile on their face and the atmosphere of the building was friendly! The food came out hot and fresh as expected! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal at a good price!
