8:25am - Didn’t even get to eat. We were seated and the restaurant was not that busy. The people seated after us were immediately served but we were never even greeted by a server. When we decided to leave we alerted the hostess she didn’t care at all. Just an “ok.”

First off! Sera is an awesome waitress! Dustin (manager) came over and talked for a bit. Props to everyone working there. The food was really good! I had an omelet and my wife had the cinnamon pancakes. Both excellent choices! However, the coffee far exceed$ any restaurant offee we've ever had! Wow! It was beyond good!!!

I love coming here on Sunday mornings. The wait can be 20-40 minutes typically on Sunday mornings but there is an online waitlist that can be utilized. Today it was a Wednesday morning and there was no wait. The food here is always great and the coffee is honestly one of the main reasons I come. Also the waitstaff if tremendous and I see the same people here every week so there aren’t new employees in and out. They care about their job and providing excellent customer service.

This First Watch just doesn’t seem as clean and put together as others we have been to. Dust all over the merch at the front, tables and chairs felt icky. Really needs an entire wipe down.

The pancakes are huge and delicious. The bacon and eggs were delicious as well. Great and fast service. The orange juice was fresh and tasted like it was freshly squeezed and the apple juice was devine.

One of the best places for breakfast in the Stone Oak area. I had the trifecta which was 2 eggs, sausage and a pancake. Everything seemed to be made with quality ingredients and the service was excellent. I brought my dog and sat outside. A great choice. Highly recommend.

Update: While the food is still good, if you sit outside, prepare for a long, lonely dining experience. We repeatedly had to go inside and ask for service. No wonder they're having to hand out free entree coupons.

Further update: I received a response thanking me for the excellent review! I gave them only 2 stars for service! That's why I now changed it to 1 star Lol. Goes to show you that they don't actually read the review. Geez.

First Watch used to be better. Prices are way too high for what you're getting and some of the servers seem like they just don't give a crap until they bring you the bill, then they're all smiles because it's tip time. When we were seated, my mom asked for a glass of juice with a little bit of ice and she was told it's either full of ice or no ice--no in between--stated so matter of fact it came across very curt. How dare you ask for customized ice amounts, peasant. I won't go back to that location again.

There are certain items on the menu that never change and they are very good. Also they introduce new items to keep you coming back and they are very good. Last, overall, their food really tastes amazing!

We've been to this location several times and this last visit we noticed the food quality and cooking has gone downhill quite a bit. We were really disappointed in our food.

We ordered the million dollar bacon and found a large hair fused to the bacon, they replaced it for us but the second batch they brought out was completely overcooked.

The steak in my hash tasted like frozen meat and the scrambled eggs tasted powdered.

The staff and atmosphere is always great though, I hope they can fix the food though.
